the men of the congress should be really awake and make a legal initiative quickly, where the punishment would be terrible for those parties who hide the technology of an outside civilization in the bread of the state. Otherwise, the speculations go around like a circle from year to year, except the size of the circle is growing, but the information about aliens is still not spreading in the physical contact knowledge.
Well, what is so difficult to understand in this understanding that the law change still hasn't been made.
So the encryption can continue, although I understand quite well if it is legitimate technology made through human intelligence without any other kind of help, whether it is from China or America, it probably has very good reasons to remain encrypted, but the technology of a foreign civilization should be known to everyone, so that with that knowledge and technology it would be economic benefits for the entire civilization and now mainly for the American people to kick the economy forward with great intensity to solve energy problems and tourism problems quite easily.
congress has all the power but these slow monkeys apparently don't realize that the economy is still promoting properly from a useful point of view. The great United States of America could solve its total debt problem with a very small change in the law with an advantage over other countries. But a few monkeys in the grip of power are holding back development, and at quite a fast pace. And age does not progress and the secrets remain hidden for how long.

And it'll say that way if we approach it as "us vs. them". People have ~wanted~ it covered up, and explained away. It's a collective process of us deciding what we believe, and for most people, having actual irrefutable proof of ETs would drastically change their experience of life in a way they aren't ready for or interested in.
Many of the people covering things up do so because they really don't want widespread panic -- in a world where people have yet to prove they can handle living simply with other humans who are a little different, something that foreign is far more terrifying than most would admit. People ~think~ "oh, I'M ready, I can handle it" -- I can almost guarantee if the moment came where an ET was landing in front of you, or walking by you, you or I would run and would probably need to go to therapy.
Just a few years ago people would have laughed something like this off... the fact that it's being taken this seriously by so many is an indicator that we've come along way and are willing to be curious -- that genuine curiosity and readiness is all that's needed to unravel the secrets.
And if there are those with ulterior motives... it's more of the same. It's fear, just trying to protect something precious. Don't be angry with them; I believe it just proves we're not ready to embrace that unknown. Be excited instead... how we feel about all this has EVERYTHING to do with the kind of reality we get to experience now.
