For got to ask bud have you turned the flywheel down a C.M each side of pick up not sure how deep you could cut off And can you get to use CNC water jet if not a plasma cutter print off the polini clutch there very expensive i think the pattern could be cut out or use Dremel or oscillating hand tool hope this get you thinking on the Mass weight cutting it back more energy for more power
Ha... a crashed burgman and blown up maddog are all the parts you need. The rest is whatever you want. Aliexpress links go dead fast so all my videos on this have a screenshot of the part I used. But they are just subject to price and preferences of you would want. Nothing specific is required. And with Ali Express parts. They are a starting point. Expect nothing to fit or work and you won't be disappointed
I cover that in the 1st video I think. Had to watch the last one to find carb size. It is a 38mm PWK. So the spark.. it is extremely convoluted and may not ever work. The ECM is made by Kehin and I assume the ignition advance is separate from all the O2/IAT/TPS etc functions as I don't need them. There are also a million safety switches going into the ECM such as brake on, side stand, tip over, etc. I still can not get the thing to spark on the ECM and bypassing all that stuff. I NEED the advance curves off that ECM which are actually retard or delay amounts. Watch my last CDI test on the 50cc and I explain how electronic ignitions can NOT advance and how they do it. This is a big problem for me. I have 2 diff harnesses built for this. The one with the ECM... nothing. And the one using a DC chinese CDI and it idles great but dies when I add throttle.
I would try to use the air temp tps o2 stock eltronic things at first to get it running then delete components one at a time to find out what shares grounds powers and signals
@@removeableskull7446 it makes no sense. I can get it to run with either coil wire hooked to + and the other to - or with them both to +. Makes no sense. Still can't open that throttle. It has issues. May be tossing this mess in the trash. LOL
@removeableskull7446 I just can't it to fire off the ECM and don't know if that ECM is fried. And a replacement is a waste of money if that is not even the issue. Someone said it may be the pickup coil, but that is showing 256 ohms which is good and it idles.

Ya I have had some pretty scary tank slappers on sport bikes. Somehow always managed to just be scary and not crash. It actually works good though.

I hope you can get it to spark with the original ecm ? If you could get an oem harness you could reverse engineer it to trick the ecm
