- Attack of the Legends is a lore series about Star Wars Legends; all of the stories before Disney's retcon in 2014. In this video, we look at how Han Solo won the Millenium Falcon in a game of Sabacc, and learn how to play it as well.

This channel is so underrated. I barely even like Star Wars these days, but this content is just so well researched and well produced, it's hard to not be drawn in
Did I leave this comment? This is exactly how I feel!
What's keeping me interested in Star Wars is content like this. Stuff from the Extended Universe / "Legends" essentially and it being told like this too. Haven't paid attention to new stuff made, and imo better off for it.
Darth Bane, or rather Des playing sabacc and later killing off his opponents is to this day one of the best moments in any of SW novels.
"novels"
Des was a hella good player.
@@SirRulean1223?
Best sport about losing among Sith.
pure pazaak
Wow, those Pazaak sounds bring back strong memories of playing Kotor with my younger brother. Loved that game.
Thanks for the video! Your "Lando" voice is on point too.
I just got my first sabaac deck today, after years of off and on searching.
I'm so glad you included that exact excerpt I was hoping to hear today
I like the Lando affectation. Damn good
Let your hate guide your hand and you might just win Sabacc.
Really enjoying the content Chris!
Also, I remember playing pazaak in Kotor. Wonder why they didn't have Sabacc.
Hey, that JK3 map has really nice lighting.
We need a full game on this like how there's that Gwent game for The Witcher that would be so awesome great vid as always saintmillion this is one of the best channels ever
Great video once again, Saintmillion! Can’t wait for the next one!
Pazaak is a deck building game like MTG, with similar win conditions to Sabacc… and to me this suggests it’s more likely a game that evolved out of Sabacc as opposed to the other way around. It utilizes incomplete decks which is just practical if you live in a galaxy prone to wars and has near identical win conditions. Pazaak seems like a game that could’ve been developed in Soviet Russia during the Battle of Stalingrad…
Thanks for this series Saintmillion. I love your takes on Star Wars lore.
that PSO bgm tho
It's funny that I've actually played on that map on JKA.
Great reading, and terrific channeling of Lando :)
I love your channel, you're so immersive and your attention to detail is par none. Stay solid, I hope some growth comes soon. You deserve it
I love that excerpt, I used to have that audiobook and I think that narrator read about 30 of the legends audiobooks. Very nostalgic.
Shifting makes the whole game a joke, great video though as always saint :)
I was just thinking that. Literally no point in betting or bluffing or anything if your hand can just randomly change at almost anytime.
@@lanciferian I suppose that's the point of putting your cards in the interference field
This is great Star Wars content. Certainly more satisfying than the official stuff.
This IS the official stuff ;)
sonic adventure ost? ok gamer😎
I say this like every other stream but great video, and such a great choice to include an excerpt from Path of Destruction.
I’m loving this series
Nice PSO music during the sabaac game.
Glad someone else noticed!
This was great!
Dude is something else. You deserve to be bigger
such a well done video
Great video! I never knew the history behind it other than that's how Han won the Falcon. What game is in the background? Galaxies?
YO THAT PSO SHOP SONG @ 5:45 ; I see you are cultured as well.
Genius ! Keep it on dude !
That's off sonic dx casinopolis music and the other background tune playing while you was explaining sabacc was off phantasy star on dreamcast when you're in the shop, just sayin.
Always nice to hear Phantasy Star Online music
Funkiest Star Wars lore video intro of all time!
I’m gonna try and get my family to play this.
The Virgin Sabacc Loser
Vs
The CHAD Pazaak Champion
I would legitimately love to play Sabacc.
I feel like your vids aren't being recommended to me even though Im subbed....gotta hit that bell GUYS
Dad, can you come home please? Mom is asking about you.
Dude I don’t know if you will see this, but you got some awesome stuff for EU content on Star Wars. I hope you come back to explore more stuff on it, I really have not been to interested with stuff outside of “Legends” tbh
Hell yeah
Well done video, the ruleset itself is ridiculous though
Can you make a video on how blasters work
Those cards do be thicc
Sabacc!!!
Real gambling hours
zawa zawa...
That's a lot of math. All I know is I purposely skip any of the card game side quests in kotor.
The Shifting sounds extremely stupid from a game design perspective, especially after you call.
Good video nonetheless.
Sabaac is kinda like caravan from fallout new vegas
So what’s Pazzak ?
Pure
love these, but reminds me of a matthew johnson quote: "todays conservatives have nothing left to conserve except the the 1960's counterculture" i get that vibe from these videos
nicem
Pazaak >>> sabacc
Love the vid, just wanted to point out that Gypsy is an antisemitic racial slur so if you were trying to refer to a nomadic people it would be more accurate (and not use a slur) to just say they are nomadic.
gypsies have nothing to do with semites lol
LMAO dude this isn't fucking reddit.
@@HYDRAdude get out of here with that attitude
@@CaptainZlex he ain’t wrong though
Gypsies are the Roma people who migrated from northern India to Eastern Europe hundreds of years ago and many reside in rural Romania. Watch the movie Borat because the beginning scenes take place in a Gypsy village.
