I'm looking at one of these. I wish i could negotiate the post seats, graph, and trolling motor off of the price as i either don't want them outright (seats) or would rather have a different setup ( graphs and trolling motor) Does it come with the safety requirements, or do i need to budget in stuff like a fire extinguisher and horn?
@ahabsbane you're best bet is finding a used one with upgraded graphs. You can find them for around 11-13k It comes with the horn and extinguisher. All you'll have to buy to be legal is life jackets
@@sharpoutdoors3368 we have our own lifejackets , just need a class IV, I guess I just hate the wastefulness of packages. I feel like most folks get rid of or swap out most of it eventually.
@@sharpoutdoors3368 I know I want to get rid of the post seats, I'm a stander, I'd rather have the open deck space. is the trolling motor GPS ready for spot-lock? Sorry I'm new to all this tech, and this will be my first boat of my own.
Great video, I like the way you arranged the batteries and fuel tank. I’m going to do the same with mine. The only two upgrades I’ve done are adding a Garmin 93sv at the console and a 12volt Terrova trolling motor with I Pilot and spot lock. The 12volt with 55lb thrust has plenty of power. I moved the small Lowrance to the bow to check water depth. Unbelievable how much deck space changing trolling motors made. I was going to add a deck extension but not anymore, I’ve got plenty of room now.
I have the same one and for two people it’s good, three it’s crowded. As far as getting wet, no. I don’t take it out in winds over 20mph. It’s a very stable boat.
I have a 2020 Tracker Classic XL and I love it!!! but if you can tow heavier boat, you might want to look at a 17, get a better fish finder and upgrade trolling motor with spot lock. I changed out 6 for 12 gallon gas tank and added NOCO 5x2. For my purposed, it's great and I enjoy it. It's not a speedster but I can get going fast enough!!! LOL!
@@sharpoutdoors3368 seems small and out of place. I like it behind the seats. Allows for a larger well and better weight distribution. At least put it centerline up front.
@Jim B that makes sense. I've had around 8 pounds worth of bass in there. As far as balance I moved both my batteries onto the passenger side since I fish alone alot and that Made a much larger difference than when I just filled the livewell If you fish tournaments a larger one would be almost necessary imo. I've seen a couple people turn the back storage into a livewell
@@sharpoutdoors3368 or just extend the front deck across even with the live well and make that a large live well and make the existing well a cooler or bait well.
I saw on the Facebook group a guy took the corner protector for funiture all the way around the gunnel. Far cheaper than the chip guard. But, it’s a boat. It’s gonnna get scratched up. So mentally I’m prepared for it already haha

@ahabsbane The seats ain't bad at all. But the graph is horrible. And the trolling motor I've had zero complaints with. Does just fine for me

@@ahabsbane trolling motor is not for spot lock
I leave my seats in the shed unless my wife comes lol

Idk what my next change is. Eventually I'm gonna do power poles. That's my biggest thing
This maybe a dumb question to ask but the seats on the front and back do they raise up or they low like that.
They raise up! There's a pole you screw into a hole in the deck
What is the fuel consumption on the 50
I've never added it up. But it feels like it goes FOREVER on one 6 gallon tank
I have 2019 basstracker classic the best thing I have ave put on it is the terrova 55lb thrust spot lock its awesome
That's my next upgrade too
I'm getting one soon, just right , by the way I've commented twice. Your neighbor in Oklahoma 👍
What lakes you fish?
@@sharpoutdoors3368I keep them a secret, but maybe someday I will let you know. Tight lines to you my friend.
@clintperry799 I like to travel around. But I'm not fishing expert haha it's a good day if we put 3 or 4 in the boat
I just ordered the same boat. Do you ever find it to be too small? And how wet is it when the water's busy with other boats?

I plan on a better graph, power pole, and I think that's about it! I love the boat as it is. Especially since I'm in skinny water alot
How fast will she go with the 50?
I've had 37 on my GPS with just myself and gear. 35 with a partner and his gear
@@sharpoutdoors3368 thnx!
Good looking boat can’t wait to get me one
You won't regret it. I think bass pro has them for 15k right now
Love everything about the boat except the live well.
Why don't you like the live well?

@Jim B I don't plan on extending mine out. For me it's plenty since I'm just a hobby fishermen. It's a good day if I catch 3 or 4 haha
Did you finance through bass pro
I got it from a Honda dealer. Previous owner traded it in for a side by side and I traded my camper for it
I would add another 6 or 12 gallon gas tank...I added a 2nd 6 gallon
i might get one this week
You won't regret it!
I have the same boat like the step you made/storage. need to try and make me one not real Handy but doesn't look like to it would be to hard of a job.
I wanna redo it and get carpet to match the rest of the boat
find you a body shop have them chip guard the edges it will prevent the tree scrapes
Thought about putting some of that furniture protector all the way around it to help
I dont know how this came out furniture protector i sent you Chip guard like a body shop puts on the lower part of a car

Nice boat 👍
What part of AR you from?
I'm actually from Oklahoma. But bought the boat from AR. Just haven't put my stickers on yet
Nice rig! Appreciate the video!
I like the xl good for the price 👍
I love mine
That's bad to the bone, my man.
I'm getting 1 in the spring.
