You will Surprise your Guests! Crispy and Delicious Appetizer!

Today I'm going to show you a new potato appetizer recipe. I call them Potato Flowers!
You'll only need a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
- Potatoes: 450 g / 16 oz.
- Cornstarch: 150 g / 5 oz.
- Wurstel: 2.
- Salt.
- Oil for frying.
For the Sweet and Sour sauce:
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon.
- Water: 100 ml / 3,5 fl oz.
- White vinegar: 40 ml / 1,5 fl oz.
- Sugar: 40 g / 1,5 oz.
- Tomato concentrate: 2 tablespoons.
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon.
