I did the same thing when I first separated, I went to the nun that was the head of my school of nursing, Sister Schallenberger. l and talked to her about the changes I was making in my life, my aunt was also a sister of Mercy and had already died. It was at that point I realized that I was seeking validation and permission from a person who really didn't understand why she was still volunteering at an institution where patients were still being poisoned by their own treatments and foods, but She had some good words of insight, very simply stated.
