Hey creatives! In this image critique we're taking a look at an "Are You Human fan" art piece from Ernesto Rodriguez. As a fan of Ernesto's work, it was cool to have a chance in critiquing a piece of his. What I find fun about these critiques is that I'm learning here as well. As an artist, professional or hobbyist, it's fun to see what others have done, what we'd change and what aspect of the art may inspire future workflows or styles we come up with. We can all take bits of knowledge from other artists as much of the feedback can be implemented in our own work. I always think it's good to learn from both the good decisions and mistakes of others, helps in not having to learn everything the hard way.

With FEEBACK in the subject I'll take a look at your work and not only give honest critiques but also go into discussion on what's working and what's not in the piece. These can both photos or 3D renders. If 3D renders please include an IDMAT and NORMALS PASS at the very least.. We'll do markups and or adjustments to the photo as I explain things I might change or tweak in the image. NOTE: As I said in the video, I plan to give tough love/honest feedback FROM MY OPINION. I'm not looking to bash your work, rather help give insights that might help you grow. As an ever growing artist it's tough sometimes to get the feedback you NEED and can get caught in that ring of one liners that do nothing for your progression. Let's fix that. I'm by no means a guru and only look to use my 10+ years of professional experience to help you progress. I’ll send a layered PSD back to you with everything from the demo in tact for you to review as needed.
