I mean, G-man probably knows it would be a pretty big cause for suspicion for the Combine if there's just a random dude in an orange armoured suit running around.
I am 99% sure that the g man hid Gordon’s suit in a convenient place for Eli or kleiner to find it, and Eli knows of the g man already so maybe he gave the suit to him and kleiner did work on it making the MKV HEV suit
Because he was wake up, he needed to smell the ashes before do the job done.
The "bad" ending this time around seems like gordon could feasibly run away with his long-jump module and all. He'll never get out of Xen but who knows what would happen
But he's trapped in a cave with all of them blocking the entrance/exit, plus completely unarmed. He's dead.

The other ending is half life 2 imagine if half life 3 will be a zen based game

i wish they had made it like a survival mode, freeman would die but itd be cool to have some sort of reason to play the bad ending

Basically how Halo Reach ends and it's actually a great example of merging story/gameplay
@@davidlane1248 even with hacks, You cannot win that fight on reach. The game will never stop sending enemies and eventually it just halves your HP a couple times so they can kill you.

God they made the ending so fucking terrifying. The "Bad" ending in particular gave me goosebumps the first time I watched it.

It's really obvious it's Barney. Which is funny because the actor the did Barney in Half-Life 1 and 2 also did the Gman in Half-Life 1 and 2.
@The Xenomorphian The HECU in Half-Life 1 are also voiced by the guy who did the scientists so it's just money as opposed to creativity. Not to say it isn't creative to only have 2 voice actors pull double duty to save money though.

Lot of people don't like G-Man's voice here, but I think it's good. Voice acting is hard to do, and doing voice impressions is even harder. He still sounds ominous and creepy, like he did in Half Life 1. I applaud the voice actor.
I don't like it since the original is simply perfect but I applaud and respect the work put into it, it's well done and it fits gman
No one can replace the great Mr. Shapiro. But the voice actor did a fine job here. One of the best remakes ever created

At the ending i put my settings completely to max i wanted to see Xen in it's full beauty at last i don't remember if that explosion was in original

You try to escape Xen after declining Gmans offer, DoomSlayer style
Why does Black Mesa show a scene from Earth while G Man is saying "The borderworld, Xen, is in our control"? Half Life shows a scene from Xen during this part.
Well actually it was supposed to be a scene on earth in the original, but due to some technical limits (the engine can't switch the skybox in a same map) so the map made these soldiers like they fought on XEN and died.
Sinceramente no me gustó que el final esté scripteado, me gustaba más en el original que podías caminar libremente dónde te llevaba el G-Man
I still don't get how the got from this to that ffing combine crap. I know so many people love Half-Life 2, but it could have benn SO. MUCH. BETTER.

@@artisdying the xen invasion proved that humanity wasnt very strong and it later caused portal storms (several opening portals) from which the combine empire (type 3 civilization on the kardashev scale)s troops came out of and conquered earth
