Great review, thanks! Have a 22 xlt same color as yours. Interested in the bumper, not many if any options out there for bumpers! Do you have an ecoboost or v8? Curious how this performs with the ecoboost as you need air through the lower bumper for the intercooler. Any issues with air flow?
Great video and information on the sensor. Is that summit series? Just confirming. They also have a Midnight series (perhaps modular) bumper replacement (not yet ready for 2021/2022 models) that looks pretty sick.
I dont remember the series off hand I wanna say legend? But ranch hand contacted me about the issue I found and fixed and want there engineers to see it. I now have 8,000 trouble free miles on it but had to remove my video about the sensor
@@JDSOutdoors wow, interesting. Curious to get an update after they review your fix! I saw the video a few weeks back at least so I got it before it was yanked :) I had a Ranch hand front on my previous F150 and loved it. The utility goes beyond the parking lot and lights. I had a 20" light bar installed between the gap in the center posts and below the mesh. Tucked in nicely.
@@kaspar139 nice at least you saw it. I still have it just in case but it's hidden. I hope something good comes of it so we will see. I'll definitely update after the first of the year when they see it.
I’m thinking about getting a f150 that already came with a ranch hand that was already installed and I’m kinda nervous because I’m actually 17 and if I buy a truck that already came with a ranch hand I’m nervous because about parking cause I have football at 5am and I’m kinda worried about me parking and I might have to back in into my spot at so that way I don’t hit none of my friends cars
What’s the driving experience on the front end like?? with and without the bumper I feel a heavier handling up front is that normal and and won’t hurt the trucks parts ie shocks bushings and ball joints?
Great video I really appreciate the detail you’ve gone into between this video and the adaptive cruise control repair, I’m looking to get one of these bumper you had mentions a specific part number for the grill that works better for the front camera, do you by any chance have that part number and the one you ended up getting as well?

This one is a 3.5 and the bumper does not restrict the airflow at all to the intercooler
Can you post a quick video on how the fog lights mounted to the bumper? Just got the same bumper and I'm stumped

What kind of leveling kit or lift kit? What size tires?
295 65 18s and here is the level that's on it.

How did you end up fixing the adaptive cruise control position? Love the video btw great job
I have a video on that as well check it out everything is in it.
Love ranch hand grill guards are bad ass
Other that the issue I had with it locking up my breaks I love it to now that it's fixed lol
I have the same bumper on a 3.5 ecoboost. It blocks the intercooler. Do you have any issues with that covering the intercooler?
None at all pulled trailers cross country to without issues
Thanks for the video man. Looks great

Have you had any problems with the weight on the front end
None at all. I forget it's there most of the time.
Did you upgrade your front end suspension any?
No need to its not that heavy. All I did was level the truck for the wheels to fit better
Is there any blockage from the front camera? Or is it full vision like stock
Full vision
Does it make your front sag? Do I need to replace the shocks or get a leveling kit?
Not that I noticed
Did you have to use extensions for the parking sensors?
Nope
@@JDSOutdoors appreciate it
do you see any impedences with the front camera with the bumper? thanks!
I don't.
Did you go to 4WheelParts to get it installed?
Not the bumper but the wheels and level yes.

fsf21hbl1 is the one I bought and cut and fsf21hbl1c is the one for the camera but wasn't released at the time I purchased
What suspension did you go with to compensate for the bumper weight?
Nothing because it's only 150lbs.
How long did it take to install?
Hour ish
