Im 37 and started racing xco because of a Absalon and Gunn-rita etc, I know u will dominate, i study the riders, i think you should continue your normal training and add weights or drag , only, to your longer distance rides. It will give you the power to blow Kate and Yolanda out of the water. You are a hybrid of Belamoyna and Courtney, but i think you are capable of being a muscle Courtney, and you can ride insanely better than them from audience point of view. Your technical skill is par with Neff if not almost par. You have the best energy management ive seen , so I know we will be seeing the leader jersey on you soon
Saw you at the Comms Games last year on the Gold Coast. Couldn't get over how petite all you women were. So much power in such a small frame. Love the videos. Ride On.
