Nice video i love to see these off meta videos!! You inspired me to make rg oden. It has been doing very well at locals and ive upgraded the list to a spot where ive actually been beating rob lucci and enel! BY luffy is tough cuz im still learning how to pilot but just wanted to say thanks!
Hot take: The people who prefer to be a set behind are probably more interested in the market aspect. Not sure why you’d want to be a set behind outside of knowing what to buy in the west ahead of releases
That’s true, that’s one thing I like about lagging a set behind so I know what price is reasonable to get these cards for my collection.. but I collect Japanese so it doesn’t really apply, still good for buying English cards for playing the tcg tho..
I feel like any swarming deck (not just the 7 Warlord) in theory should be tougher for Lucci now,. For example, Uta, Kalgara, Reiju, and Katakuri come to mind here. Helps as well Law also did well against those decks generally. Hoping this also helps by 7 Warlords Rosinante pet deck.
instead of zoro, i think the 5 red luffy is better with this deck because he can give rested don which is better for the 2 cost sanjis and the other card that need don
I've been messing with RG Luffy for a while. - Zoro+Diable Jamble - Killer + Leader/5c Law - Cavendish + Leader to print value Are some Great combos. Personally prefer the supernova package, still super happy to see some content

Wanna ask opinions on this. My gf wants me to build her a R/Y sabo list. I'm very competitive and refuse to allow her to beat me at anything "I know terrible bf" lol I'm thinking a hard counter to this deck could be G/Y Yamato focusing on double attacks and life gain myself. What do yall think??
In my experience RY Sabo's worst matchup is Doffy/Boa and Bonney. GY Yamato seems like it would be good on paper with the Double Attack, but the reality is RY Sabo can just gain a life every turn, so it's not as good as you might think. I haven't had a lot of trouble dealing with Yamato with RY Sabo, but that will of course depend on the pilots and versions of the deck.
Speaking of bans I was wondering if anyone knows why companies give a grace period to play with baned cards instead of just banning them as soon as they are announced.

I've done what you've said to do with nami, but 9/10 I keep losing no matter what. I just never seem to be able to win a game against it. The only time I won was with 2 starter decks zonji thrown together, other than that, nothing. Am I doing something wrong? I'm not sure

@@ShonenVx I specifically don't run that card because I think it's a trap. I don't think it would hurt to run it as a 1-of if you really want to, but the problem is it does nothing for 10 Don. You play it and then have to wait an entire turn to use it's effect. So in other words, if you are beating your opponent so severely that you can give them an entire 10 Don turn, you were probably already going to win that game even without the Kaido/Linlin. Which makes it more of a win more or hyper-situational card. The 10c Kaido however just pops the entire board On Play and only return 6 Don.

Lakers Robin has potential to be an S Tier deck because of the fact that she has Banish built in

Ya pretty much for the Counter power and body on the board. But if you want more powerful searchability you can go the Event for sure.

Is there an alternative to the 5 cost Carrot in the BG Zonji deck for now? I’ve tried looking for it but I don’t think 08 is out for English yet.
5c Jewelry Bonney is the closest Character to Carrot.

If zoro would play a half decent list, he always outrushes sabo. Zoro can make 3x 7k swings every turn. So the life gain does not do much for sabo
