A wise man once said if a Ford doesn’t have oil under it there’s no oil in it
Great work on the 7.3 oil leak,I have a 2000 same leak thank you very much.
If one o ring is leaking, I’m replacing all of them. Others are brittle and ready to go.
Awesome, making money at the shop. 424,000 miles on the 7.3 .
That’s some good investigative work 👍!
I just developed a gushing oil leak during a roadtrip thru the desert in my 1999 Ford e350 7.3L Diesel Ambulance 🚑. Can't find anyone in Texas to look at it. 😢
Had the same leak thank you. Where did you get o ring and what size?
What does letting it run without the spider do?
I changed the turbo o rings and 300 miles later I have a leak again. Hopefully this is my issue. Thanks any idea of the oring part number.
I think you have to pull the engine to reseal the oil pan on the 7.3 because of the cross member? but you probably already know that. And I could be wrong as well.
Pull cross member but jack up engine if you dare on the headers
@@gixxer4evasend a vid of that lol
@@luckyred1818 when I get a chance.... I'm currently chasing a boost leak
Where do you get torque specs for bolts and nuts?
You can google most every torque spec
@@WaterandWoodsmen , he has no time to Google for torque specs. I bet every suspension work he does, not even torqued properly.
You have to love fords for all the work you have to do to them to keep them running lol
Yeah, a million miles takes maintenance. Like a dodge or Chevy is any different.
