    I only see 8 exercises in the strength circuit, but the captions say 10. Are you including the 3 types of squats in the warmup as part of the strength circuit?

    Any tips on doing the 'wing' move? or building up to it? I seem to be too weak to do them and i am only using the first level. (on ultimate gym 150$ machine, not this one shes using)

      start by Adjusting the inclined to a level that is barely challenging but not too difficult then start with some shoulder press movements than some seated rolls. move to some chin ups using the wing attachment dont go fast you want a slow burn control your movement . bout a week or 2 you should be doing the fly.

    Do u know if I can order a larger squat stand. My Total gym came with a very short one that is hard to use

    How many reps should you do per exercise?

      depends what you want. more reps lower weight tones with out adding mass. lower reps heavier weight builds muscle. Example. if my goal is to just get that lean tone look. i do 10 to 15 reps at a lower inclined. if i want to build muscle. i go 5 to 8 reps the highest inclined. the key is control fast movement might get your heart going but the slow burn of controlling your movement focusing on form is what gives results
