That formation consisting of the Aero Shell team, the Youkin family' Beech-18, and a single Stang is very unique, also, that Aero Commander, happens to be an ex "Mini Air Force-1".

Wow. The silver Ercoupe at the beginning looks like the twin to the 'Coupe I grew up in. I was hoping it was 2078Hotel but oh well.
The third plane, wingover twin engine with USAF livery...observation plane or what? I like it. Looks badass. My favorite was the first plane with the twin tail.

The high wing is an Aero Commander, Bob Hoover’s preferred show aircraft was one of these. R.I.P Bob. The second, twin tail, is an Aircoupe.

if you dont mind me asking, When the air show isnt here, actually how busy of an airport is this????
Not super busy, but a decent amount of flight training. No commercial airline service or anything like that.
The Wittman Regional Airport is only super busy with special NOTAMS during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh that you must follow. Other than the week of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, you can select any runway to land on without it being any factor. The commercial tenants at the airport include flight instructions, aircraft rentals, FAA medical exams, service/repair stations, Sonex Aircraft LLC, EAA and a aviation museum. wittmanairport.com/commercial-tenants/

I saw that same Aero Commander at Sun n Fun this year. The sound it makes (both taxi and takeoff) is simply orgasmic - sorry, no other way to put it.
