What's most terrifying about it is that throughout the game, she helps you, she is your ally, she is always smiling, she is always calm. Then you reach her and hear this theme, shes still smiling, shes still calm, but it feels off. You fight her, get completely fucked, and suddenly that calm and happy aura turns into confidence, intense intimidation, and murderous intent. All because of the vibe that this song brings to the table.

Cynthia makes every other champion (except Steven) look like your rival.
I think Cynthia is only matched by battling Red in Gen 2. Not even Lance, who shares the same theme as Red, pulls off that theme so well, because when you see ". . ." and it flashes a battle flash with those first notes... It feels like you truly fucked up.
Just imagine a badass ancestor of Cynthia's just wanting in Legends Arceus to cause despair upon us all... if they do it... Oh God... the stuff of nightmares that not even Darkrai can conceive in it's mind. By the way, I LOVE how cinematic you made this theme feel! Your work should be a part of the new and future pokémon games, that would be exciting.

Idk if you play by ear or from sheet music, but there's a guy on here that has sheet music for this. Yes it's a little easier, but once you get the hang of it you can make it sound like this ☺️ I also want to learn this eventually myself
