    thanks for the video, i did just that yesterday. my question is do you know why sealants dries around the valve core? sealant generally dries once its exposed to air, and if its drying up around the valve core that tells me we're losing air from the valve core and there's probably a bigger issue?

      Hey no problem! I think what is happening is a little sealant leaks out when you air up the tire. So that residue dries around the valve core. Do make sure the valve core is properly sealed as well. Other than that, I feel it's not a big issue.

      @@FirstTimersCycling gotcha! in that case i see benefit in pumping tires with the valve core above the 6 o'clock position. i often pump my tires with the valve at the very bottom (out of habit)
