This was the best Queen Anthurium care video I've ever seen. You could literally teach kids to care for this plant. This video seems so sarcastic like it's rolling it's eyes at people who say the Queens care is difficult. 🤔😂..
I'm just now upgrading to anthuriums. This video is AMAZING! Love how you presented information. Plants do speak to us, we just have to look and listen.
I am just finding this video! I have been researching and preparing for weeks and this by far is the easiest, most straightforward, and informative video yet! Thank you for all the hard work and research you did !
Awesome video ty so much . Idk what I’ve been doing right but I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where humidity is scares and I bought a regale it has put out two huge leaves in less then a month and working on another . I only run one humidifier and still lucky if it reaches 65• humidity. I didn’t realize til watching this you’re right... most photos I see the regale only has one leaf . I’m doing something right , winters are rough here and I’m very much dreading that .
Wow...a 3-leaf regale? You are rocking the Regale in such difficult conditions too. Congratulations!! Drop in your plant IG here so we can stalk and admire your leafs!
This is amazing content. So easy to understand, really dumbed down the basic principles of plant transpiration for us folks who just want to adapt our environments to help create the optimal conditions for our anthuriums
I almost turned this off due to it being slightly cheesy but im glad I didn’t. This is the best most informative queen video I have ever seen!!! Thank you soooooooo much for making this!
Haha..thank you for staying! I am not sure if I could watch it myself but I remembered some helpful drawings I did for this video! My other videos are less cheesy😜
It actually is perfect!! The way you did it made the plant more…real/human. And I was able to understand your science behind everything so well! A++++ best queen video out there!
This makes me smile the whole video this for sure lighten the pressure I have growing a queen in the future 👸👑 loving it! Please make more of this 😊 Nice talking to the Queen herself too 👸😂😅❤️👑
This video was so captivating to watch, I live your "inteview" style with your plants, the information sticks a lot more than it would if you were just talking to a camera, definitely going to check out more of your videos!!!
Thank you for making this, it was the exact info I was looking for, for my juvenile queen. I wasn't sure how high I should have the temp & humidity in my glass house & now I do! Currently in clear net pot, 100% Sphag Moss 24°c -90H without humidifier.
Not just creative and entertaining but more important it is easier to understand than most videos trying too hard hard. Overly explained and usually they only showcase the best side haha... Nice one dear
So happy to hear your words of appreciation! Yeah this one I really had fun making 😊😊😊. Do check out my plant parent type video too...an attempt at making fun of ourselves 😛
This. 👏🏽 is. 👏🏽 FANTASTIC!!! Just subscribed to your channel due to this fantastic video. You really break down warocqueanum care is the most entertaining way! Super informative and broken down easy to understand. Thank you for adding humor. Love this so much. You are a ROCKSTAR in my eyes!
Leafing Around so cool you checked out my page! My next music video I’m gonna feature all my horticultural ornamental tropical plants. Got to be clever in how to write them into a treatment that makes sense. Ugh... but yes! I don’t fan out on a lot of people, but you are on the top of my list!
Aloha from Hawaii in middle of Pacific Ocean. Just starting the anthurium journey, and found your video entraining and informational. Unfortunately, neither my new Queen or new Regale have eyes, or talks like yours. Fortunately I got great information, for my early journey on Anthurium Path…… Blessings & Aloha from Hawaii to Malaysia……
Love your videos they are so relaxing informative and inspiring. Please do a care video on micans.do are those micans at the background?do the leaf grow big over time in micans? Thankyou
Great video! it's really helpful :) At 14:05, Miss Regale says "if it's pretty hot where I am." What is considered "pretty hot" for an anthurium regale?
Thank you! Looking back at its original habitat in the Peru rainforest, the temperature ranges from low 20 degree Celsius to about mid 30 degree Celsius. When I say pretty hot, I have in mind anything above 28 degree Celsius in mind :)
I know this video is older, but please, I need to know what the plant to your right (or left I guess? Your left, we see right) is in the beginning of the vid?!? I'm in absolute love..its like a monstera but more ovoid leaves & frilly edges. With a philo climbing habit..I need it!!
@@leafing.around i guess i have it wrong, I was told in a enclosed container with heat, I have it literally in a clossed glass jar sorunded with wet moss ':( I should take it out of there asap I guess I dont want it to rot 😢
So happy and amazed to hear that! Can you share also where you are at, and your potting mix, watering, etc? Always keen to learn the various conditions the Queen has successfully adapted to.
@@leafing.around i live in Switzerland. I have her in a little Greenhouse with some other plants like Crystallinum and Veitchii. She is in full Spaghnum moss. In the Greenhouse I have a humidifier that runs very low. When I check the hygrometers, it's mostly 50-60% in there. The only sad thing is that I cannot really see the plants behind the plastic, but I enjoy taking them out, checking on them etc. Her stem is wrappen in some spagh too to keep local humidity a bit higher. :) her biggest leaf is abt. 35cm long now

It’s such a sweet video 🥹
But what is most important to me is that it’s making clear how to take care of these two lovely anthuriums🤗

Hi Sheetal, micans love to climb on something! The leafs can get pretty big if they are latched on something like a tree, the wall etc etc

My friend's wall...she used felt cloth
@@leafing.around will any flet can be use?
Sorry not my expertise! For vertical wall I also see many starting to use moss to make. I think the plants will love a moss wall too.
