Double check that the opening is exactly 60" with the finished door jam in place. If it is 60 inches finished then you would need 2, 32" doors. This would give you 2 inches of overlap. If the rough opening is 60 inches and the jam and trim is not installed, then you might be able to get away with 2, 30" doors as the finished opening will be 1.5" smaller roughly.
I wish I had seen your video before! I got two 30” doors and was told that they won’t work. The workman suggested I can keep one of them and get a 36”. I found that to be odd. A four inch overlap seems to be too much.
@@symonnecargill4936 Getting the one 36inch will not work either, you will have an overlap when they are closed with the bottom guide placed off center, but if you move the smaller door to the side that normally the large door is on then it will come out of the bottom guide and be a mess. It won't look that great either. You could add a 1 inch piece of wood on each side of the closet to make it a 58" opening and then you would have the 1 inch overlap in the middle. With some caulk and some paint you could probably come up with a detail that wouldn't look too out of place. If you haven't put the trim on then you could put a complete second piece of jam material on and then put the trim on and no one would even know.

Hey! Cool piece :D
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome video! Can you say what size doors I’d need for a 60” opening please?
