Hello! So they allow 30kgs in the checked in and 37 kgs as carry on. But be sure to check the ticket

Hello. All good questions. I actually came from Bangkok to Sydney Airport, but sydney is ok to go through, can get busy sometimes. I am not too sure about snacks but sometimes they give peanuts. But there will definitely be 2 meals. Thank you!

@@harrybarodawala3588 thanks for the reply. 2 more questions, When you arrived at Sydney airport,
      1. Was there any shops open at the airport at that time around 10pm.?
      2. About what time did you catch the airport link?
I'm am doing the same trip as you next month..
Yes important questions because I have to do a lot of travelling after I arrive at Sydney airport.
Was hoping to buy a Sim card
And also catch the airport link to Central station.

@@bobjohnson3174 Hello! Happy to answer any questions.
      1. Not many shops open. There is a McDonalds open though, which is still convenient
      2. Didn't catch the airport link, just caught an Ola but the airport link is good. Just follow the signs to the international airport station, which will take you to central. You will need an opal card or a valid Australian debit/credit card to tap on.
      3. There are a few sim card stalls on your way out from immigration to have a look out for the deals!

      @@harrybarodawala3588 thanks for that info.
      Question
      1. Can you put cash into the machine for a ticket, don't have a card.
      2. What is Ola transport.
Is there alternative transport at that time into Central station.

@@bobjohnson3174 No problem, ask away with any more questions
      1. Unfortunately you can't. You can buy it from any newspaper shop or ask an airport employee and they can happily guide you to buying an opal card.
      2. Ola is pretty much just another ride sharing app like Uber.
      3. You can try bus I guess? but may be tricky at 10pm to find routes or you can just get a taxi. A bit more money but direct and convenient

Why did Thai Airways move this flight to 830am instead of their usual service at 1800hrs ?

    • @harrybarodawala3588

Kangaroo route from Europe to Australia perhaps. Flights from Europe arrive around 5am to 6am.
