I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from you sight unseen. The attention to detail and the fact that you're honest to a fault is refreshing in this day and age. Way too many sellers out there try to swindle buyers in many different ways- you, Anthony, are an original. Goes back to proper parenting... great job, Papa Bear!
I so agree..for a first purchase like this and a daily driver...just a wonderful start.
I appreciate the comment!
I 2nd that your attention to detail is amazing. I drive a 2006 DTS. I wish I had been able to buy from you because I I know it would be damn near perfect maybe my next purchase will be from specialty motorcars
Awesome ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve bought from Anthony sight unseen. I’m sure I’ll do it again. Excellent transaction.
I love the colors & the fact that the interior is NOT leather. I love luxury cars, but I simply prefer a cloth material. What a great car! Who else would double the milage on this car very quickly?
My aunt died recently and left a 1979 Fleetwood brougham d’Elegance with 10,000 miles in red with white leather. Always garaged
That little white gloved hand trips me out. 😁
This is a beautiful car for the price!!! Unfortunately, I'm not able to access these vehicles being that I live half way around the world in BKK, Thailand. However, I do remember these cars vividly during my college years in TX. Anyways, I keep watching this channel to get a glimps of what is still rolling on the roads back in the States regularly. Great to see them. Thanks!!!
Forgot to mention I was very lucky to see an early '80s Chevy Belair a week ago running smoothly right here in BKK. It sure came a long way to get here.
Chevy Bel Air was an extremely rare bottom of the line Canadian sedan! That’s an extremely rare car!
Thanks for being so honest and helping everyone get the perfection they want and need....I want to start with a less worry one and use it. Getting closer...Love this. I can hear my grandpa..Bapa..and i am the first and my name ability stuck...Bapa saying "d'Elegence" in a way only he could...this one is just great..he passes in '80 and this would be close enough...for that Bapa cushy ride around town.
Those window sweeps do require immediate attention. Water is and has been getting at the doors. You can tell by the back passenger drivers side door bottom. It is a good price point for someone looking for a nice looking driver Caddy Brougham.
Hi Anthony and papa bear, I think this Cadillac is a stunning example of a perfect daily driver, I would be proud as a peacock driving it. You won’t have this one long. Hope all is well with you and the family 😊
Hello Pal all is good here, hope all is good with you and your family. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Wow, that is the most stunning shade of blue I’ve ever seen! Absolutely gorgeous! 😍
I appreciate your honesty & attention to detail. It's exactly what it is a nice driver. The price is appropriate.
I would buy this from you but I bought an 88 Eldorado here in Arizona in January. It is Cotillion White with a Cinnabar interior and has yet to hit 50,000 miles. I love the car and actually had folks chase me down to talk about it. I am in the process of fixing the little things wrong with her now. I am very impressed with your videos.
I always loved these with the Velour over the leather. The velour in these was also just so plush and comfortable and held up so much better than the leather. No cracks or anything! 🤩
Me to i had red 89 fleetwood with veluer interror
I really like this car the color combo works for me. My guess would be the car being a lighter blue metallic the hood and trunk probably faded or peeled so they went ahead and reshot the entire car. With the wide array of engines in Caddilacs the Chevy 350 is maybe the most reliable of the bunch. I'm sure this one will sell quick if it hasn't already.
This reminds me of a 1988 Brougham I had in the this color combination. It was a straight out Brougham with 67k with the 5.0 and while it was a beautiful looking car, it started getting an oil pressure light. I took a chance and had a new oil pump installed, but I wound up having to replace the engine. These later versions are so much better. Place your trust in Specialty Motor Cars. This guy won't screw you like was. I have know doubt that one of these day's I'll be driving away with one his car's. Forget everything else
Great job showing detail looks like a very nice car for the price. I would be surprised if it’s not already sold. no doubt it’s extremely overwhelming trying to remember to point out every single little thing on these big old cars. if anyone needs the chrome lever caps for the vent shut offs I think I have a pair here somewhere no charge just let me know I’ll look. Thanks for making another great video.. I’m glad you guys are here continuing to keep these beauties on the road.
For the price, nicer than expected. Whoever is looking in this price would appreciate if the radio worked. That's somewhat important. Also, the air shock issue...almost appears it wasn't noticed until you did the video. Shows your honesty and transparency, but yet an additional expense for the new owner. I like the price range a lot though.
As always, like the vehicles and love your passionate discussions of them. More please!
Magnificent vehicle!
Just what I've been looking for!!!
I'm watching from a different country, and as a potential customer, I really trust and is confident about your knowledge about products you have on sale.
Waiting for this video. Gorgeous car Anthony!
Looks like a wonderful Brougham d' Elegance! Alot of car for the price! Someone will be very happy with this car. Beautiful car to enjoy! Would not be surprised if it's already sold!
Damn... that dark blue interior makes me miss my 1987 Oldsmobile. It was a nice cruiser.
I almost want to get rid of my 89' for this one. I love driving them and the attention they still get.
I am so glad GM put the 5.7 in the big caddies. My dad had a 1988 Fleetwood Brougham and it had the Oldsmobile 307. It was a dog! Very nice Cadillac. I love the little imperfections, give the car character. Too bad you didn't have time to put the radio in Anthony. I'm not going to have any tunes on my Drive back to Connecticut!😂😉
Agree with you on the 5.7 vs. the Olds 305. My Dad had an ‘83 Park Ave. w/that Olds 305 and also had a ‘90 Estate Wagon (It was a Buick Open car used to chauffeur around the Golf Celebrities) that he bought as a new vehicle in March of ‘92. It had the 350 in it and was much more powerful & responsive despite being several hundred #s heavier.
But my ‘63 Sedan deVille 4 window hardtop has the last year of the long running 390cid with the highest compression Cadillac ever did on these motors, 10.5/1. That car, w/164,000+ miles STILL screams down the road. I’ve had it over 120 mph. It just sings!! This is a larger motor in a heavier (?) car at 4,005# and of course the closest thing to emission controls is the PCV valve. Just a great motor. Its replacement was the same motor bored out to 429. I’ve never owned one of those but I did have a ‘73 60 Special with the 472 Big Block that had the Air Pump and 5mph front bumper (2.5mph rear). That was a really good motor as well. That car weighed 5200# but was great in every aspect except mpg.
This Example featured in this video is the kind that I would drive and treat it right!!
Great find Anthony!!
Would absolutely buy a car from you, I love the era from 78 /92, if I win the lottery, I'll be buying a couple or 4 cars, keep up the good work brother
Hey Anthony & Papa Bear, this Brougham de Elegance is very nice!! The blue velour interior is gorgeous!!! I think that your a little too hard on this beautiful Cadillac, after all, it's 32 years old. Thanks for sharing this exciting video!!! 👍👍🙂
Hello Christopher yes a gorgeous Cadillac that needs a little love by it's new owner. It's nice to pass one on for someone to else bring her to her glory. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
I totally understand where Anthony is coming from with the car not being in too good of shape to still drive and enjoy. I myself hate newer cars and only drive older ones. I learned pretty quick that driving mint condition cars takes the practicality away and adds to the stress of driving on busy roads or parking in full lots
I would definitely spend 11 on this car, and keep it as is. It's Perfect 🏁🏁🏁
Anthony, always liked that shade of blue. Just to get it right. A cd optioned 90 through 92 D’Elegance still has a four channel sound system, except the front door speaker pods replace the upper dash speakers? I always wanted to locate an oem cd optioned sound system to replace my oem standard sound system, but never completely followed through since I believed the cd option was a six channel sound system. I screwed up and purchased an nos oem cd sound system for a 93 and newer Fleetwood before discovering GM had transitioned to an external amp and just gave up😕. I always enjoy you and Papa Bear’s adventures!
Thank you Pal we are glad your with us on our adventures.. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Once again Anthony and Poppa 🐻 another Beautiful Caddy 🎉❤
Thank you Ron. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
I agree Anthony, I would rather have the luxury velour, I just loves me some velour.
This one is a rather practical functional Caddy to enjoy daily ❤😊🎉
That car in great. Shape for what it is... i just bought a 91 D'elegance, its a rescue buy... it needs some restoration... at that price, it will sell quickly ... I've driven one of those as a daily for 15 years...
I love that car. But all your cars are beautiful. Love the Lincoln’s also but really particular to this era of caddy’s
Beautiful car Anthony and papa Bear 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏾
Beautiful vehicle! anthony question is it possible to still get velour seats for these vehicles?
I made a promise to myself to save up enough money to make a trip from Dallas to your location and purchase either a 1991 or 1992 5.7L Cadillac Brougham D'Elegance.
I been saving up since last summer and hopefully if everything goes well I should be able to get it before new years..... I'm hoping and praying all goes well.
Anthony you have the finest Cadillac s on the planet
That's a great looking car. What a beauty 👍👍🔥🔥🔥
Looks Fabulous to me, with not boo-boos lol, just waiting for my finances to think straighten out and work out my retirement and then I'll be ready to buy.
🇺🇸 *LOVE this shade of blue* !! *Beautiful Brougham D'Elegance* !! *FABULOUS price* !! #SpecialtyMotorCars 🇺🇸
Anthony she’s very nice at a great price. Coming from you everyone knows they can trust you
Good driver car! Thinking about it. I always like the way you honestly portray the condition of your cars. 😃👍🏼💯 26:22
Thanks! 👍
I agree with your comment he seems like he's pretty honest and he just wants people to know about the cars you know what I mean so agreed 100%
I remember my 91 had the blown amp. It had an aftermarket that was too deep so it vibrated against the duct something terrible.
Wow what a beauty .
Am I seeing things? Sure looked like some rust on the bottom seam of the driver’s side rear door.
I love those speaker pods Anthony and Papa Bear 🐻 , I would buy it just for those 👍
Sounds like a deal lol
Papa 🐻 seconds that deal
@@paulgozzo9178 thanks Papa Bear
I see your kids had you at the book fair too with that reading pointer lol
Love ❤️ it. Wow ! ❤
I have a 90 de'eligence my door locks & radio stopped working, all fuses are good. Any idea what it could be? Thanks
I think it’s a lovely car, but I immediately noticed the rear window. Plus, I think it’s my phone to be completely honest but that car looks like it’s 4 different shades of blue. You can see they tried hard to maintain a car best they could but just didn’t have access to or money for the world class work. But I’d love to have it myself and knowing it came from you, one can be assured it’s definitely a quality car.
I would definitely love to own a Cadillac from Anthony and Papa Bear 🐻 you just can't go wrong.
Thank you Robert for that fine comment. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
@@paulgozzo9178 Your Welcome Sir.
Damn I cant believe I missed this one!!!
Hi Anthony. I'm late to the game on this one (12/11/23). Nice Caddy as usual. Did I just see you in this video
RUN A RED LIGHT? lol
A true Cadillac
Nice. First time I'm the first one to give a thumbs 👍
Gorgeous car.
You explained before but I forgot . Why do the late models sit higher than like the 80s models
Judging from the the trunk dealer logo, is this not a Don Massey Car from Canton Michigan?
Wow so beautiful
The only thing that would bug me is that the rear bumper fillers don't match. That said, I would love a car like this.
Wow really nice 👍 cadillac
Very nice
Beautiful ❤
Ya that is a nice one love it probley does not leak that much oil
Beautiful
Beautiful ❤❤❤❤
This looks great! Poor people like me. Neeeeeed these cars to have a chance to buy And enjoy. Interior sells itself
Anthony, I wanna buy this one or the 97 Lincoln you just put on.
Cadillac beautiful car
paint job is good enough for this kind of car.
I, too, prefer velour over leather.👍
I'm looking forward to the Lincoln TC Cartier :)
I wish I found this before I bought my 2009 Lincoln Town Car..
I might be buying from you in about 3 years
As soon as my 1994 Eldorado blows it’s head gasket I’ll be getting a Cadillac from you. Only 48,000 on mine so it might be a few years yet.
Anthony, how much would it cost me to have you replace those window sweeps? It looks like tedious work.
Not the most challenging but not the easiest job. I’m really looking to just move it along the way it is. Time is my constraint, and I have 19 more cars to go in the next 90 days. If I had the time I would have done them before the sale.
Was this car originally purchased in Michigan?
You going to the CLC Grand National in PA in 2024?
very Nice!
Niiiiiice
Awesome work my man. Really appreciate your attention to details. Keep it going!
Thanks, will do!
did you get the other car with the color you haven’t owned yet?
why is that rear filler panal such different color
Nice daily driver for retired couple that has a pretty empty garage. The fillers out back need correct blue color, and outside sweeps, Ta Da!
I've commented before on this car because I love the color but it's not leather. I had this fabric in my Olds Toronado (early-mid eighties) in that blue. It's ok but.....What really disturbs me is why Cadillac used the Chevy 350 engines! Guess they had a made too many and had to go somewhere. Not a good decision in this case. Priced accordingly for miles and condition though.....another it won't last with Anthony.
All of GM’s Divisions used each other’s drivetrains in these years. They were trying their best to move to “Corporate” power plants (and everything else) to get their cost as low as possible.
👌👌👌👌
Fairly priced
Is this car still available Anthony?
😂 The fillers match the top 🤩🤩
I'm still waiting for another Buick Lesabre Centennial Edition.
Is it still available
Oh oh, ANOTHER 30,000$ Car!!!!!
Beautiful car is it still available. The last one I looked at I traveled over 250 miles to see the pictures looked great it was a one owner being sold because grandpa lost his license, it was a beautifully 1992 in champagne with low mileage owned by a retired general what the pictures didn’t show was every panel on the car had what was described as a few door dings that in person where actually door dents it looked like someone had walked around the car lightly hitting it with a ball peen hammer apparently the metal is thin because the paint wasn’t even chipped it just had dozens of little dimples from bumber to bumber that the camera didn’t show but in person stood out from 20 feet. It was a shame because the general had taken every effort to keep it in perfect running condition and it was very very low miles maybe his jr officers really didn’t like him or something and took it out on his car
Another very nice Cadillac. That plastic pointer/hand is very distracting.
I have a 90 in the same color except I have leather interior
Is this one sold
Holla😉👍😉👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I’ll take it… Sold!
Nice car, but I can't afford one ow.
