Hey Shane, how about putting the bigger model in 5x5 space and dim it down to 500w? Will it be better than 4x4 model in full power? Will the 2.5j/w get even better? And the uniformity

@@DaleGribble-iw3jg i have more than 20 fixtures from HLG, maybe the best lights in the wold, but they r all quantom boards, i have no any bar light. And i like to dim the light down at least 20% and run it cooler. SO FOR BAR LIGHT I PLAN TO GET MIGRO OR LUMATEK. But in 4x4 space i wanna put 700w light and run it at weeks 4, 5 and 6 to maximum 500w . And I guess bigger model will be better cus the biffer spread and dimensions.

I didn’t know they had a dense pack on the corners, great idea. I just can’t pass up the option to separate the single bracket arays they seem much better in a bigger tent with multiple different types of plant / strain heights. But these seem like the ultimate option for the full enthusiasts who train and scrog out their canopies. Either way thanks for everything ❤

What you have done for all of us is amazing, bringing truth to the led grow light market and showing it to us, I have always wanted to see side by side comparison with your lights.
It has cost me a bit to understand what is overkill and what is needed for a successful grow. I would love to see someone make a video showing us a clone tent with your light
Explaining this is all you need and why the same thing with veg tent, flower tent, and the par needed.
It took a lot of time going through UA-cam videos to understand. I am successful now but always learning thanks to people like you.
What would your ideal light be foe a 4x4?
I bought 2 of the array 5x5 and have just started using them. Time will tell how they work but let me tell you guys that the build quality is spot on. Quality everything right down to the very long very heavy plugs and wiring. Delivered to my door in Canada in less than a week. You won't be disappointed I promise. Thanks for the great lights Shane.

I still have two of your old COBs in use for veg and cloning. Still works great after all those years. If i would have not go for the KS 3000 by Viparspectra (best light for a 3x3) then i would have go for your new 4x4 Light in a 3x3 tent and run it a bit lower in wattage. Im a big fan of your channel all those years and i love how your channel changed in a very professional channel with tons of great Infos for us growers. If there is someone who deserve more views then it's YOU Shane...keep up the great work and channel. 👍👍👍

Absolutely loving my Aray 4 x 4. Finished up some autos under it. And now running ak and superskunk photos. Shame I ordered too early would of loved the uvb light too

The wider bars and more densely packed leds is a great idea i see so many light bar style you review and your the widest ive seen yet .
The uniformity of ppfd is really good.
As of tech right now the only way you could improve is to get a uniformity like Vipar spectra X's 1500 pro. Not necessarily say use lenses but you get what i saying .
Your at my top 3 of lights i want.

I've been keeping my Alocasias with an Aray 2 and currently waiting patiently for payday to grab one of them 5x5. I'm glad I bought the aray 2 and can't wait to hang the big boy up 😊😊
Thought I'd go with the aray 5x5 in a 4x4 space for some extra potential to play with co2
The ARAY 5X5 will fit in the 4x4 comfortably, its 44"x 44" and you will get an average PAR of up to 1,300 µmols. Definitely a level you could do with some CO2👌
Hi, I bought two of your older models about 5 years ago for my indoor bonsai trees. They have been phenomenal; they look truly amazing with great performance which I think justifies well their price tags. Now I have bought the new ARAY for my Orchid collection. The immediate reflection is that the colour is a bit cooler, and living in Sweden, I would have liked it to be a bit warmer (similar to the previous version). In terms of the build quality I am happy with it. In terms of appearance, I still like the older one but I can understand that the new one offers better value. Anyway, I am a big fan of your lights and really happy with your products.

Just ordered the aray 5x5 for my ac infinity 4x4, currently using the ac infinity S44 light which honestly shouldve been sold as a 3x3 setup, after tons of research, its all based on science & mathematics, and migro checks all of the boxes. Cant wait to get this beast installed. Will update.

I still use one of those cobs for vegging a 3×3. Aray 4+red and an Aray 4 pro in 2×4's for flower.

I don't care about slick "production values". The videos have always been informative. As long as it's in focus with proper lighting, bells and whistle effects aren't necessary. These new lights look really good though. 😁

New array looks great but i really like the modularity of my array 8, and it doesn’t work as well with the new design. With the old one, i can use a single module for seedling stage and early veg, to avoid wasting € on lighting up an empty space. I can also set it up a different heights for taller or shorter plants. Anyway my next grow light will still be a migro. Keep up the good work Shane.
Hi, I understand. You can still get multiple ARAY 4s to suit a 4x4 or 5x5 but I think the market prefers a single fixture for a tent so I went this way. Thanks for the feedback, take care, Shane
@@MIGROLIGHTthe market is wrong but I get it. Most small growers do not grow the same cultivar in the same space. It must be the UA-cam guys and industry making people think less adjustment is good thing.

Hey Shane Mr Migro, keep teaching the community with all your heart we appreciate you. Currently I am in the market for some new lights and I love the option to separate the single bracket arays as they would be perfect for my application with multiple height and strains of plants so the Aray 12 is top on my list. One suggestion for the future, can you do individual connections for the lights to screw into the power supply instead of the current setup (leave the Y cable and cut the 2 connections in the Y going to the lights and put a connector there)? This would make replacing a single light bar easier than having to replace the entire unit. Thanks for your contribution.
It took me 10 years to choose some LEDs, (way too confusing for a long time) I went with yours in the end & they're the nuts !

I appreciate your honesty rite from the start I know there has been a few times the results were hard to publish but you didn't lie to us or just choose not to make that video your 4 by 4 hits the sweet spot I love a 4800 light in a 4 by 4 tent if the money is rite 8ll give it a try they look great 👍

Here are my questions
1. What is the warrenty timeframe?
2. Is it possible to fix the driver on the fixture?
3. I dont see any glass over the LEDs, could be mistaken though. For cleaning is ok to just wipe the LEDs?
Overall, i think this will be my nezt 4x4 light purchase.

Hallo, why is the RED at 660nm relatively low compared to all other brands? From what Ive read I couldnt find information about the needed total RED of 660mn but rather only ratios of r:fr light. Id appreciate your prof. point of view on this :) thanks and kind regards
