@@ARYAN-tu6mp for unbalanced load, you can not calculate the 3 phase P and Q with one specific formula. you have to calculate these in some steps. by the way, the formula in 3 phase P and Q uses line voltage.

Not phase voltage.
Video needs correction.
Also, 'theta' is shown in place of 'phi' , when explaining the components of the equation.
