My mom recently passed away. We bought her casket online, had it shipped to the funeral home. 3,000 cheaper than in the funeral home. And it was nicer, in my opinion.
💯 people spend thousands on funeral's just see it go in the ground or in a wall to rot when the money could go to help a family member or someone in need, and the way some of these cemeteries are maintained then reality hits. Death should be how it is in the wild when animals die they go back to nature. The funeral business is another meaningless scam.
The vault would be the main concern to seal well than the casket. Your going to decompose either way. The up charge for that rubber seal is ridiculous for what it cost.
So, if you dig loved one up 20 yrs later and the seal has leaked....is a refund provided? And if water can't get inside how would a worm (not maggot, which shouldn't occur with embalming) get inside??
We need to return to putting the dead directly back into the ground. We are minerals.. this is why the soil is so depleted. Fruit’s and vegetables no longer have the nutrients once upon a time.. it take 48 trace minerals to grow a nutrient dense vegetation.
It Is such a guilt trip to those who cannot afford funeral expenses isn't it ? People don't die " every damn day " , they die everyday. Secondly, the body is DEAD, and WILL decay , waterproofed or not. More concerned where the soul of the person who passed on will live eternally.
With all due respect I do enjoy watching all these clips of the funeral home industry although I've worked in and out and around it for 20 years worms do not eat concrete vaults nor do other insects cheap casket good vault has the man was saying the person can go out in style however they like to look I vote for Wilbert Monticello with the brown insides and up
I heard that even if you purchase a sealed casket, at the cemetery when everyone is gone and they are getting ready to put the casket in the vault, that the cemetery personnel unscrew the seals to release gases from the body before finishing the burial process in ground. Is this true?
Well for my mom she had that 2nd casket ⚰️ they showed & here in Milwaukee they didn’t do that. We watched them lower her in the vault put the lid on. I even stayed until they covered her up with the dirt.
A. Casket being comfortable.?😂😂😂 I'm sorry that was funny

Doesn't matter if you put them in an expensive one or a cheap one.. the body is still going to decompose it doesn't matter what you put it in.
Why are they doing this outside and not INSIDE the facility?
I’m proud Tejano .
all I want is a wooden box made of red oak . That’s it .
I find that beautiful.

Spend a bunch of money on something you only use once then bury in the ground.

Regardless of embalming, the chemicals continue to break the remains down.
Yesssss, I’ve been waiting for this . Hey Cairo!!!! I’m proud of y’all .
America has gotten so bad now that we are advertising caskets and funeral packages on news channels, smh.
Restricted or Most Restrictions can stop a bad and spoiled Funeral, planning by Noble Queen Incorporated named by DeAnna.

i like what the lady said it was perfectly honest "it doesnt matter which casket you're in mother nature is going to take place no matter which one"
Do they have a value menu?
or maybe a bogo deal. I bought mine from Walmart online.
It’s funny when he said, this one is more comfortable lol
Im okay with just a wood boxx
What are those medals representing on the high end casket?
Remember people, most cemetery in Houston require you purchase a vault as well as a casket.
They do this in Northern California too.
You mean a mausoleum
open lid closes but does not seal like the sides do.
3000 bump in price for a rubber seal.

Went from $1900 to $7800 wtf the jump is crazy

Yes. Sealed caskets seal in the gases of decomposition and explode.
