Possibly the best looking weekly Dutch door spread I’ve seen! Please don’t take this the wrong way but I love your natural unpolished video style, so refreshing seeing someone being real. Awesome BuJo skills, going to definitely try this, thanks so much :)
This video speaks to my brain! My absolute favorite 🤩 video! This is such a blessing to me, thank you for this beautiful gift 🥰 I have literally watch hundreds of videos trying to set up my first bullet journal and this aesthetic is exactly the inspiration I needed to help me accomplish my goals 🫶🏼
Recently I’m into BuJo and had been watching many different vids to get ideas how to self-create something rlly nice & interesting bc I tend to stop using after a few mths😅 then … I saw your vid and rlly interest me😃 great ideas and interesting designs, I 🫶🏻 it. I will definitely tryout but definitely not the plain colours😂 TQ for sharing w us😘
I have really enjoyed your channel. I will be so sad once I've binged watched them all! I am not artistic, but so so want to be. Your spreads are just beautiful! This series in particular has inspired me to start a UA-cam channel and revive my blog using the journal I use. I find the measurements to be so helpful to those using the same size journal, especially for those who feel it is too time consuming. What a huge time saver for them! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to more videos!
You could easy so this to add to your happy planner! Just use a blank page, add your design, cut and then punch! Fantastic idea! Thanks for sharing! xxx
This is wonderful, I've done dutch door dailies for about a year but stopped for April as I was getting a bit over it although I did love them. I had no idea they could be this versatile, I'd not seen many styles except either vertical or horizontal and that's about all anyone did with them! You've done an amazing job, all the spreads are fab and I'm inspired to create something new for next month.
You are the only one I’ve seen who uses Dutch doors in a way that makes sense (to be able to see trackers etc. from all views) Really enjoying your channel 💕
I also use my pieces that I cut off to cover mistakes if I make them you can line it up and line the dots up so you can easily cover mistake and just glue it over your mistake it is so convenient I use that for my scraps or if I do mess up the whole page I bought the archer and olive.mil books and black craft paper and white paper and I can use the white paper to cover mistakes and I use the black paper and the craft paper to help decorate my spreads it’s really fun and I love it the only thing is they’re like $27 apiece so what I recommend is getting the Notebook that they sell that has all three and it’s like 40 bucks cause you’re not gonna go through all of them that fast anyways so you get all three and you save alittle
This is great! I would have never thought of doing a dutch door for the whole month in order to always see the habit tracker! I'm definitely tyring it out in my bujo!! :)
I've been using Dutch door (similar to your week #1) for a couple of weeks now and love it! Since I'm new, I haven't got my month at a glance set up and my weekly's are still a work in progress. But like me, my bujo is evolving. Sending lots of love 💝 from sunny ☀Arizona 🌵
On my very first spread of my very first journal and was just about to cut my weekly Dutch doors and this is such a game changer. Thank you for explaining so clearly. I appreciate your hard work and send you and everyone here happy hugs💕✨
This is a great video. I love Dutch doors. I’m know you wanted to give us the dimensions of each section (number of boxes) however if you wanted to repeat this you place a sticky note along the earlier pages stuck out so you can see it, and then you know where to draw your lines. :) I like listening to your thinking.
This is absolutely fabulous! After I figured out you were counting squares and not the dots, I finally got on track! Cutting my journal was a bit scary, but I did it. I completed the 2 dutch door layouts that you did in your video. I can't believe I could do it. I cannot wait for the next tutorial so I can finish out the month of May! Thanks so much for the inspiration. Your directions were perfect! The next week is the one I'm really interested in! can't wait. Thank you for sharing your talents!
This is absolutely delightful to try out! I"m loving ALL the layouts :). Thanks soooo much for the tutorial and inspiration. I'm just starting out doing BuJo and this is making it so fun to create every month
This is great! Thank you for sharing. I’m looking forward to the remainder of the series! I’m going to Anchorage, AK for 3 weeks next month (my daughter is getting married!), and I will use Dutch Doors for my stay there. I’ll save the cut off bits for covering mistakes. 💕
P.s. Try a Dutch door for a week. You'll love it! But in any case, save the bits you cut off to make your bujo ruler! No sense wasting a whole page. A bujo ruler will make all of this easy peasy! 💝☀🌵
This is really, really cool! The only thing I don't like is how much of the pagespace you lose by creating so many dutch doors. But I'm definitely going to see which of these I can integrate without losing too many pages. I use about 50 - 75 pages per month, as I'm sick at home atm, and I want to keep using this journal for as long as possible
Thank you so much for these ideas. Omgoodness they are perfect for my crazy months and many health trackers. I will be using many of these but will be modifying for my needs. Again thank you for sharing these wonderful ideas. Sending love, hope and be blessed from southern Oregon, USA.
Thanks so very much for creating this wonderful video. I’m really impressed with the variety you’ve presented for using Dutch doors. I’m especially grateful for how well you demonstrated how construct these ideas for ourselves.
Great Video! I’m always looking for different planner layouts. I’ve never had a bujo; however, either I’m going to get one OR incorporate Dutch Layout in another type of planner.
I did the 2nd dutch door on this video. I haven't used it yet because it's for July of this year. I loved your layouts! Please don't stop posting videos! :)
Thank you so so much for this video. I had fallen out of love with my bullet journal but now I can’t wait to do this. Looking forward to the next video xx
I might have missed this but did you mention which notebook you use as your bullet journal? Yours seems to be holding up perfectly with all the back to back Dutch doors (which I love BTW). I have heard some say theirs didn't hold as well. I would love to recreate some of these!
Thank you so much for your wonderful ideas. I unfortunately have Fibro and so I need a mix out of kalender and healthy diary. The dutch doors will help to hide my part of healty / pain diary in a nice way. Your ideas are a wonderful inspiration for me. Can you show in a video how you did the tabs ? Or does exist a tool for that? hugs
I'm so glad you like the video, I feel your pain when it comes to fibro, literally! keep being strong here's a link to the file tab tutorial ua-cam.com/video/cQSgWRG7Huo/v-deo.html
I love dutch doors and your spreads! My only issue is the bulkiness of the jagged edges in the center where the paper binds. How do you deal with that?
This is a great idea for my fitness tracking. I can put workouts, food tracker, sleep tracker, etc all in one area instead of daily having to flip through a bunch of pages. Do you have any issues with the journal spine weakening because you cut the pages so close to the inside edge? Wondering if the cutouts make it hard to write on the full pages since you have that little dip where the pages underneath are removed. I’ll play around with these templates on my cheap $5 journal from Michael’s. I love your style though. Pretty yet simple. Not too busy.
I've found the spine is fine as long as you don't cut too close to the threads, if you vary the type of spreads it's not too much of a problem with the dip as the pages land in different places, but if it becomes a problem, you could you an a5 ish size piece of card to put underneath the page you're writing on so that it's a solid flat surface to write on x
I like this idea so much but I'm also a little afraid: isn't it difficult, to write and draw on the further pages, wenn there are so many cutted and folded pages before? That's the point, why I'm not so brave to try it out...
I've been obsessively trying to figure out my 2021 journal. I was thinking it would be genius to figure out how to set up dutch doors, so the days of the week are written only once for the daily trackers you choose and then weekly trackers as well and it all falls into your month, but I haven't figured it out yet. Tag me if you figure it out or anyone else does. I don't make videos, so anyone who figures it out, let me know. I've been watching a lot of dutch door videos and nobody has done that so far, that I've seen.
Interesting ideas. Instead of measuring and counting every month, why don’t you make up a template in a sturdy paper where you will cut off all the boxes, so you only have to put your template on top of your blank pages and trace inside of the different boxes, I think it will take less time. Thank you for this demonstration.
Possibly the best looking weekly Dutch door spread I’ve seen! Please don’t take this the wrong way but I love your natural unpolished video style, so refreshing seeing someone being real. Awesome BuJo skills, going to definitely try this, thanks so much :)
This is the most fascinating bullet journal tutorial I've seen in a long time. So clever and so different from everything else I've seen.
Melanie Cilliers AGREE!!
Your'e the Dutch Door Queeeeen!! Thanks for the inspo

Liza Adams I completely agree. I never thought to think outside the box. Thank you!
You are the only one I’ve seen who uses Dutch doors in a way that makes sense (to be able to see trackers etc. from all views) Really enjoying your channel 💕
Great video! Thank you for explaining each step. I watch so many videos and haven’t seen one that begins to explain it as in depth as you have 💜

Really easy to follow and inspirational!

I love it, it's so handy and helps me to keep on top of things, hope you enjoy using them as much as I do! xx

please i need part 2 for the last spread, i absolutely love this idea its fab
I think this is my my favourite UA-cam vid. Thank you so much! I won’t need to research for layout ideas for a long time :)
This is just what I've been looking for - thank you so very much! Awesome!
On my very first spread of my very first journal and was just about to cut my weekly Dutch doors and this is such a game changer. Thank you for explaining so clearly. I appreciate your hard work and send you and everyone here happy hugs💕✨

The extra little scraps can also be used to cover up mistakes, once ink is used.
Amazing ideas! Thank you so much for sharing
Love it thanks for sharing
Will be doing these!! Thanks for sharing

I just set up my May monthly as I followed right along with you. These are brilliant! Thanks so much!!
These are awesome!! When do you plan to do The Dutch door vid part 2?
Love how you did this, I've just tried on a journal I haven't finished and completely messed up lol! tfs :)

Cute!!
In my old bujo I've tried to use a dutch door and I didn't like it, but now you have given me a new idea so I will try it again ☺
This is very interesting. What bullet journal book are you using??
I feel like a stalker for the part 2... I love all of your spreads
I can't wait to try this next month!! Thank you for weekly spreads that actually make sense to me !!!
Hiya can u do a month Dutch door all the same so I can see wot it looks like as I'm a little stuck how I do it . I love this ur amazing x
Wow.. This is cool.. Ill do this next month 😁😁😁
I know I’m extremely late but which journal are you using❤️❤️❤️
I might have missed this but did you mention which notebook you use as your bullet journal? Yours seems to be holding up perfectly with all the back to back Dutch doors (which I love BTW). I have heard some say theirs didn't hold as well. I would love to recreate some of these!
Hi I was wondering the same thing! I looked it up and it appears to be a lemome dream tree journal 😊

I love this dutch door thing! What notebook are you using?
I love dutch doors and your spreads! My only issue is the bulkiness of the jagged edges in the center where the paper binds. How do you deal with that?
Quick question, does that damage the integrity of the book's binding? I don't know if that was mentioned.
Sue A I don't think it would. Your not tampering with the binding only the pages themselves thought I could be wrong.
This is a great idea for my fitness tracking. I can put workouts, food tracker, sleep tracker, etc all in one area instead of daily having to flip through a bunch of pages.

I want to see how you did the last one
What size bujo are you using?
Can you tell me what journal you are using in this video?
The design 10 min into the film. How are you doing the remaining weeks since the month?
Cool video.
But try the channels Seventeen and planningwithkay, too.
Both are *fabulous* youtube channels for journals.
I like this idea so much but I'm also a little afraid: isn't it difficult, to write and draw on the further pages, wenn there are so many cutted and folded pages before? That's the point, why I'm not so brave to try it out...
Tu voz se parece a la de Anne Hathaway 💕
Your voice sounds like Anne's Hathaway 💕
what size planner book is this?
I've been obsessively trying to figure out my 2021 journal.
