The daily focus/top 3 is really going to help me with my busy week ahead! I also really appreciate all the doodle inspo, especially the partial wreaths 😍
I would LOVE to see a video on 5 types or project planning or overview pages/project trackers! Also I love that you give us several examples of each of the “five”! You rock!
Great seeing another group of your wonderful log ideas. The thing I hate...is when the video is over, LOL. I love watching them. Now to your Etsy shop...thank you for the discount!
As a person who just started bullet journaling, I find this video EXTREMELY helpful. Thank you so much for this video😊 I also love that you showed us multiple examples in the five types of daily logs!
I really need to add more colour to my journal, but I love watching theses videos as they are always so clean, I’ve got some work to do, but I really enjoyed these ideas, thanks Kay x
Love these layouts! Thanks for sharing new ideas with us! Also, I buy frequently from your store and would LOVE, LOVE, (did I say LOVE?) a full page of your adorable stars! I can’t seem to draw them to save my life! They are sooo cute and that yellow makes them pop! Thanks for the discount! Got my cart filled as I’m watching this!
Great video! I've switched back to the full-page daily logging style, and was looking for something to jazz it up a bit. I keep going back and forth on whether to use a "top 3 things" or a "daily focus" box at the top, since I'm never quite sure which is more useful to me. I tried one that broke things out into sections for "My Goal" (a single daily focus), "Today's Targets" (this would be your top 3), "Wins" (anything that moved you closer to the goal), "Lessons Learned" (any setbacks, and what you learned from them), and "Gratitude," which was an interesting way to look at each day, although that sometimes feels a little too heavy (especially on days when not much is getting done).
I always say your videos are wonderful !! And that is right, I love them, I learn from them, I get inspiration from them .... (You can see: no dislike!!!!, that is a sign your videos can't be disliked)
I'm so happy the video is out. I've been waiting since I saw the insta story. I really like the vertical and full page spreads since I'm a varsity student, I need to keep track of my ever changing schedule.
Hi! I love your vídeos, your stickers and your ideias! I enjoyed a lot this vídeo with the 5 types of daily logs, but I hope that one day you’ ll do the health and fitness spreads too! Please!! Thank you so much for everything you share with us! 😀
Today my order from your shop came!!!!! I’ve been waiting weeks and always getting the mail with high hopes!!! THE STICKERS ARE SO AMAZING!!!!! Thank you so much for making such nice stickers!!
@planningwithkay this is amazing, thank you so much. You have just helped me find a way to focus on my overwhelming workload. 🤯You are so talented, beautiful work. Thank you for sharing 💖💫✨
Wonderful video like always! I really like the suggestions! I’m always trying to find different ways to do logs and keep things interesting and exciting! That’s so neat that your doing the giveaway! Your such an amazing artist 😊
hi kay ! i've discovered your channel yesterday and i spent all the day watching your amazing videos 😍 you gave me so many new ideas for my bullet journal ! i usually don't use stickers, but yours seem really useful and cute 💗 keep doing your videos, have a good day ! (sorry for my english 🙈)
These could be weekly logs...(as the beautiful diagonal daily logs in two-page spread) but i see you made it for each day. Anyway these are more than doodling themes and great, useful ideas. P.S. Honestly I think busy working days don't give times for drawing and daily set ups but they look great :>
I wish I had delayed my purchase so I could've used the discount, I might just have to buy some more stickers... But I'm curious, where did you get the stationary island brush pens from? I've noticed them in videos, but I didn't see a link in the description so I wasn't very sure of what it was. Thanks a lot for the inspiration!
You know I am seriously telling to you truth though I am not as cool as you draw but still I try and that too 1/5 design but these designs just makes me really calm and satisfactory
I try to follow Ryder's BuJo method but I am looking for Weeklys inspo because doing the mental decluttering/mental inventory part every month with the Monthlys is something that I end up not doing. Months are irregular, for me, February starting means way less than a week starting, I always have times Sunday night while for example I know for a fact on the 31st of January (Friday) I'll be out hanging with my friends and will definitely not have time to organize my whole month, and review my month. I think having it be a weekly thing can be benefitial. This is speaking from personal experience, of 3 years of being on and off into Bujoing. The way Kay flexibly talks about her layouts really makes sense IMO even when following this open format. In the same way that you have a rigid short 2 page spread of a Monthly and then your flexible Dailies, here you would have a rigid Weekly, a rigid Monthly, and then your flexible Dailies added. For example, on Kay's first layout, you would set your weekly beforehand Sunday night for example, with Daily Focus, Tasklist, and Schedule being something that you plan on doing that week. I'm a student so it really makes sense to have a daily focus, I know that I'll have this exam on Tuesday and that other exam on Friday so I already know on Sunday night that my daily focus should be one or the other depending on what day is it. When your monday starts, monday morning, you migrate your planned tasks from your weekly into your daily, just as you would with a monthly into a daily. With the added benefit that I said previously of having Sundays free. And that Daily is a regular Carroll Approved Daily hahaha, where you have all the space in the world for any event, task, note you need for the day. That night you either complete the Weekly with your day or just leave the Dailies for that, that's up to you. The next day, repeat the process. Going full Carroll with only Monthly and Daily seems to make a lot of sense when a day by day based organization is preferred, like for example start-up life, which is why Ryder invented the method. For example when exams are part of the picture, having a weekly based organization starts to help, because it's easier to have more or less more control of what there's gonna be that week.
5:49 I was about to comment that she wrote the date wrong that is was the sixth of April not the fourth of June but then I remembered Americans are the opposite in that it goes mm/dd/yyyy not dd/mm/yyyy

I especially like the diagonal type and the one with the circles. Those two I'll try in my next layouts.

The round ones are especially pretty, well done indeed.
I'm a little curious: some of those full page dailies look/seem more like weekly logs to me than dailies. What, in your opinion, is the difference?
Very visually pleasing! I'm inspired!
I'm so happy the video is out. I've been waiting since I saw the insta story. I really like the vertical and full page spreads since I'm a varsity student, I need to keep track of my ever changing schedule.

A task for all you guys, (just for fun): This journal includes my birthdate (month and day), find out what it is!
Hint: Blossoms! ;)
The intention with Daily Logs, Ryder Caroll had, was that it should be open ( not a preformatted space like in conventional calendars)
I try to follow Ryder's BuJo method but I am looking for Weeklys inspo because doing the mental decluttering/mental inventory part every month with the Monthlys is something that I end up not doing. ninaandianfan21 not yet!
But what will I write?
5:49 I was about to comment that she wrote the date wrong that is was the sixth of April not the fourth of June but then I remembered Americans are the opposite in that it goes mm/dd/yyyy not dd/mm/yyyy
