Broken to Beautiful Making a Dress from Vintage Fabric for a Restored Vintage Ideal Toni Doll

At our channel ‪@DIYDollArtist‬ we repair and restore broken, sometimes dirty, neglected dolls and toys. THe restoration of these vintage dolls can come in many different ways, some we find at shops, some are found and given to us to restore, and some just need a little love and the owner wants us to restore and then give her a new home. this video is of the latter, a lady had a lovely vintage Ideal Toni doll that had a problem with her eyes. She asked if I could restore her and if I would then give her home. I felt confident that I could restore the dolls eyes and agreed to give it a try. After corresponding for a while we realized we both have a love for vintage dotted swiss fabric. She was extremely kind and sent us some of the most beautiful dotted swiss fabric along with the doll. In that video we promised to show how this doll with broken eyes is restored. This video shows just that, after successfully restoring her eyes I make her a lovely dress from some of the beautiful fabric that was so graciously given to us.
