After 3 months, no mentor contacted, after 10months, tab stopped working. Even after multiple calls, they didn't respond.
Now, my son is completing that 3 years period and they started calling again to renew. Giving same promises and assuring to give brand new tab.

Yes,the sales parson called me,and he said they have sanction the scholarship for me to make the payment easy, after that I purchased 1 year product for my son, he is 4th grade, but my son didn't use it regularly and also he found it difficult to understand, I paid 13,000 for their product, the remaining payment was 10,000. After that I requested them to cancel the product, but they didn't accept it, also I couldn't pay the EMI on due date. A person called me from private bank, and he said that "It's none their problem whether my son is using their product or not, we have provided the loan for you, so you have to pay the loan on due date, he just gave 15 minutes time to pay the EMI without penalty in that time" , on that day I felt uncomfortable.
First they mention it's a scholarship, after that they said it's a loan.
Now I have to pay the EMI without using their product. No other option.
So parents please think whether your children are able to use the product completely and make a decision, because once you buy a product, you can't cancel the product at any cast, you have to pay the EMI.
