It’s his coach Milos training style, he’s very well known for it.
It isn’t my first choice of style, but it’s got its place in my training and who can say it’s not working for Samson 🤷♂️
High intensity training… they should start with the leg extension first to pre exhaust the quadriceps’ then hack squat for more quad then squat to finish off the quads the quads would get finished before the erectors
