For your size you should take more creatine. The latest research says you should take upwards of 10g for heavy bodyweight. Something like .007g per kg of body weight.

I just want to send you encouragement. In a career where the body is so connected to the success, emotions, both negative and positive, can seep through to self-identity. Bodybuilding is your career, and it’s something you’re good and, and will continue to improve upon. But bodybuilding is not Samson. It is a branch of the tree that is you. It’s the “icing on the cake,” a fringe aspect of you that you get to mold. Thanks for the content, always forward sir.
