Beautiful car, would love a hybrid with fuel in Australia and have been waiting soooooo long for a new Mazda 6 Sedan in Australia.
Have had 4 Mazdas, and now sadly need to look to other brands for a Sedan.
It's disappointing when a beloved brand doesn't offer the specific model or type of vehicle you're looking for in your region. Mazda has certainly garnered a loyal following over the years, and it's understandable that you're eager for a new Mazda 6 Sedan in Australia.🙂🤞
So what was the point of the rumors of a premium RWD V6 sedan?
A hybrid would be a good start for many markets, including Australia.
Here's hoping Mazda takes note of the demand for hybrids in diverse markets like Australia!
Fucking bigassholegrille design again Mazda?!!! Fire all the engineers & the fucking CEO who approved such an ugly bigassholegrille design!!! Useless Mazda!!!
Hybrid would be great
I think there should be a hybrid At any rate👌😎
Yep
I think its going to have an erev option
Amazing vehicle, so pity they will not sell it outside of China
Indeed, the Mazda EZ-6 is quite a marvel! It's a shame it's limited to the Chinese market for now, but who knows what the future holds? Perhaps Mazda will consider expanding its availability to other regions based on demand and market conditions. Fingers crossed for wider accessibility soon!👍😊
I wish it came to Norway. beautiful car
I hope it shows up, really really nice looking car) I liked it too)🤔🙂
Cant wait to see what they come up with on the next CX5
Beautiful design
Yeah, the car looks luxurious👍🚗
It looks stunning. Maybe the rear is a bit off. Interior should be better instead of that tablet on the centre.
Arata looks like a next CX-5 😎
Thank you for your thoughts on the New Mazda EZ-6! It certainly is a stunning vehicle. While some might find the rear design a bit unconventional, design preferences can be quite subjective. As for the interior, the central tablet-style display is a modern trend, but I agree that a more integrated design could enhance the cabin's aesthetics. The Arata does resemble the next CX-5, blending sleek design with practicality. Mazda seems to be pushing the boundaries with their new models, and it's exciting to see how they evolve!😎👍
I agree, touch screen for all functions should be avoided. Wear and tear or unresponsive screens when it's too cold in Northern climates, good to still have responsive buttons and dials for climate control and such
Mazda has its own bev skyactiv/rotary phev platforms that'll probably form the basis for global models. These two China models are about market access and technology sharing. Mazda's own platforms are already on the market in mx-30, cx-60, and cx-80 so we might actually see a big reveal of new all-Mazda platform bev/phev mx-5, cx-5/50 and/or mazda-6 later this year/early next year.
Btw: If they actually make a rotary phev roadster/sportscar (and why wouldn't they?) they have to name them rex-5/7(or 9)
Absolutely! You're spot on about Mazda's strategic approach with the EZ-6 and their focus on market access and technology sharing, especially in China. The adoption of their own BEV Skyactiv and rotary PHEV platforms is a significant move towards global expansion and innovation. It's exciting to consider how these platforms might evolve into future global models, possibly including an all-Mazda platform BEV/PHEV MX-5, CX-5/50, and Mazda 6. With the MX-30, CX-60, and CX-80 already showcasing Mazda's commitment to electric and hybrid technologies, a big reveal of new models based on these platforms could indeed be on the horizon, potentially as early as later this year or early next year. Can't wait to see what Mazda has in store for us!
That's a good idea!👍
@@DriveExpressTV I think they're very concerned about their exposure to the brewing west vs china battery/auto/tech conflict. They entered into partnership with Panasonic on battery tech last year, even though they already have deals with Chinese CATL (via Changin) and Chinese owned Envision. That's either a bet that Panasonic has the best tech going forward or a move to reduce dependency on Chinese batteries. Either way it's a bet on their own platforms going forward, just like betting on the rotary extender and partnering with Toyota on hybrid tech was.
@@DriveExpressTV An even better idea would be to team up with Koenigsegg and make an ultra lightweight rotary/quark hybrid engine and base a luxury sports sedan on that. The novelty effect would make it an instant collectors item.
Mazda must not wanna sell cars like this to US WTH? Id get this or TWO OF EM fast!
Will it come to Europe ?
That’s a great question! It’s hard to say for sure if the Mazda EZ-6 will come to Europe. Here’s why:
Concept Car: The EZ-6 is still a concept car, meaning it’s a design study and not a production model yet.
Market Demand: Mazda will likely need to assess market demand in Europe before making a decision.
Regulations: Europe has strict regulations on emissions and fuel economy. Mazda would need to make sure the EZ-6 can meet those standards.
So, while it’s exciting to think about, it’s too early to say if the EZ-6 will make its way to Europe. Mazda will need to weigh all the factors before making a final decision.
When will launch this car in india superb features
Hi. No info yet, but as soon as I find out, I'll let you know)
Impossible. This one is a Chinese car with a Mazda body. The prototype is the SL03 of China's Changan Automobile. Considering the relationship between India and China, you should know
@@he-yi-jie-you-wei-you-bao-fu Thanks for the info!
Reminds me of a 93 Mazda 626 modernized
They won t sell it in europe?
Thank you for your comment! Currently, Mazda has announced that the New Mazda EZ-6 will not be available for sale in Europe. This decision is likely influenced by various factors, including market demand, regulatory considerations, and Mazda's strategic focus on other models within the European market. While this might be disappointing for some fans, Mazda continues to offer a strong lineup of vehicles in Europe, and there may be other exciting models and updates on the horizon. Stay tuned for more news and updates from Mazda!
Beautiful
Hey, thanks for the kind words! The Mazda EZ-6 is a real head-turner, right? It’s got a sleek design that makes it look fast even when it’s standing still. 😎
Please bring this to Canada ,
How much it would be ?
The car will go on sale in the second half of the year and its retail price will be announced at the same time.
For a minute , I thought it was a Jaguar. lol
Haha, that's understandable! The Mazda EZ-6 does have a sleek and stylish design that could easily be mistaken for a Jaguar at first glance. It's all part of Mazda's commitment to crafting vehicles with striking aesthetics and timeless appeal!😎👍
Yes fair comment. Have to say it really does look nice , but I widh they could modernise the badge just like Kia did
@@unions100its sill hard to see the kia in the logo though.
I'm very disappointed in Mazda. They took away my Mazda 6 and never brought it back. I ended up buying the Mazda cx90 and it has had so many recalls and I'm just sad that the cx90 had to replace my Mazda 6. Since 2014 I have been buying Mazda and I fully have told 10 people in my circle to buy one and they loved it. However, i feel robbed that I can't live in China and drive this beautiful electric car.
Design is okay, not crazy about the rear though that doesn't seem quite typical Mazda stylish, would love for EZ-3 hatchback design so I could upgrade my Mazda 3 2020. So far there hasn't been that many EVs to fit my tastes, the Xiaomi SU7 matches by far the best but alas it seems plagued with lots of issues that I doubt is ironed out even after 2 years of production if ever comes to rest of the world for that matter.
The Xiaomi SU7 does seem to have caught your eye, but it's crucial to weigh the pros and cons, especially regarding potential issues that may affect its reliability and performance. Hopefully, as the EV market continues to expand, more options will become available that align with your tastes and meet your expectations for quality and functionality.
EZ-6 is based on a Chinese car, Deepal SL03.
Compared to Deepal SL03, the exterior has been redesigned, the interior is very similar, the engine and electric motor remain unchanged, and the chassis has been tuned by Mazda.
Mazda will release a SUV maybe be based on Deepal S7(the SUV version of SL03)
As an owner of Deepal S7, you can ask me more details.
How does the S7 handle different road conditions, and what are some standout features you appreciate about it?🤔
This is basically the ChangAn Deepal SL03 (0r L07 outside of China) with Mazda logo slapped on it.
seems a little to much on the chubby side... but more stylish than Eqe 😊
Hey there! Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Yeah, the Mazda EZ-6 does have a bit of a robust look to it, doesn't it? But hey, style is subjective, right? And it's cool that you find it more stylish than the EQE. Everyone's got their own taste when it comes to cars! 😊
Aren’t you gonna get in trouble with that voice….? 😂
A beautiful voice, like.😆🤔
I read that another channel was actually billed for using this beautiful voice that I do not at all recognize 😇
They had to either pay the exorbitant price or take all the content down 😢
Hey there! I hear you, the EZ-6 is a bit divisive. Some love the sleek look, but you’re not the only one who finds it a bit bland. The tablet screen is a bit of a “meh” factor for sure. It’s great that Mazda is pushing boundaries, but it sounds like you’re missing those classic Mazda looks too!
Same wherls from Nissan doesn’t match the sleek elegancefrom mazda
So it's basically a Changan.
My "Changan" Mazda 2 has lasted 12 years and 140 000 km without a problem ;)
Arata is the next CX-5
That would be great) If the price is reasonable!🤩
maybe called EZ-60
I’m buying if it’s Hybrid
Get in line please😁
That rear looks horrendous
中身が3.3Lディーゼルで日本発売‼️
Wow, it's exciting news that the new Mazda EZ-6 will be powered by a 3.3L diesel engine and will be available in Japan! Can't wait to see how it performs on the road. Thanks for sharing!👍😎
Rear end looks horrible.
It’s disappointing that you don’t like the rear design. Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to car aesthetics. Hopefully, the other features and performance aspects of the Mazda EZ-6 make up for it!🤔
@@DriveExpressTV It's beautiful until you get to the rear portion and then it simply looks as if it wasn't meant to be a part of the same vehicle.
@@kellyaustin7487 It would look better in the SUV version from behind🤩
Yeah not loving the rear, looks like a hatch, sedans look awesome when does right.
HYBRID WOULD BE FCKING AMAZING❗️❗️❗️❗️
Absolutely! A hybrid version of the Mazda EZ-6 would indeed be a game-changer! Imagine the blend of Mazda's renowned driving dynamics with the efficiency and sustainability of hybrid technology. It could offer the best of both worlds-performance and eco-friendliness. Let's keep our fingers crossed for Mazda to bring such an exciting innovation to reality!🤞😎
I'm waiting for this in SUV form.
Hey there! Thanks for sharing your excitement about the new Mazda EZ-6! It's definitely generating a lot of buzz. The idea of seeing it in SUV form is intriguing, isn't it? Mazda has been pushing boundaries with their designs lately, so who knows what surprises they have in store for us. An SUV version would certainly expand its appeal to a wider range of drivers. Fingers crossed that Mazda hears our wishes! 🤞
Design is NOT MAZDA worthy at all! Total flop. The back lightbar makes it look like a Hyundai or a Kia. So bad. Should have separated the rear lights and shorten the lightbar.
The front headlights are total garbage. They look like elongated version of a Fiat Stilo headlights.
I hate eletric cars
It’s understandable to have reservations about electric cars, and that’s okay! There are definitely pros and cons to consider.
Here are some points to think about:
New Technology: Electric vehicles are still relatively new technology, and some people are hesitant to embrace change.
Charging Infrastructure: It’s true that charging infrastructure isn’t as widespread as gas stations, but it’s rapidly improving.
Range Anxiety: The range of electric cars is getting better all the time, but some people are concerned about running out of charge before they reach their destination.
Cost: Electric vehicles can be more expensive upfront, but they often have lower operating costs.
The Mazda EZ-6, however, is not an electric car. It’s a concept car that Mazda is showcasing to explore future possibilities in driving technology.
What are your specific concerns about electric cars? I’d be happy to try to address them.
@@DriveExpressTVHoping that one day i will drive my own
AI BS
Bmw killer 💪💪
Thanks for your comment! Calling the New Mazda EZ-6 a "BMW killer" is high praise indeed! It's great to see such enthusiasm. Mazda has certainly stepped up their game with this model, and it's exciting to see how it will compete in the market.😎👍
Wow boring.....
😂
All this wait for this? This is an ugly and boring sedan! Nice inside like every Mazda but nothing else
Thank you for your comment! I understand the high expectations. The design might not appeal to everyone, but the interior, as always with Mazda, is top-notch. Hopefully, future Mazda models will meet your expectations better!🤟
