These workouts are awesome! A week ago, I could barely bend over at the waste without pain. I started doing one of your workouts, and now it doesn't hurt to bend over to take shoes off anymore.
Great video. Most of these movements I taught and used in my career of teaching martial arts. They were a part of our stretching routine but were also in our drills. Silat groundwork and such.
I have just found your channel and love the routines. I am 65 and want to increase mobility and strength. I did this after my daily push, pull and squat routine. I couldn't do all of the movements but found it to be an effective way to finish my workout. Thank you for sharing.
I've always wondered: how should you place your hands for push ups? Granted, everybody's different and the hand positioning may vary but what are the guidelines, fingers facing forward or slightly outward? Elbows in or out?
Hey Is there a video that breaks this down slower, I am just coming back from three years of being ill with autoimmune and heart problems and have had surgery on heart but have been released to start again, I still have bone marrow edema and inflammation all over my body, especially in my sacrum, and I have a dislocated, coccyx and inflammation in my glutes and hamstrings. I keep pausing and going back to see how you do this and was hoping there was a video that broke down movements one at a time. I recently discovered yours and phase 6 videos, or maybe there is a video you would recommend I do first. That way I can build up to this. I do notice how much my body needs this movement, just am unsure on where to begin. Thank you so much.
I bought your mobility program and I like it to the same extent as I do not like it. I obviously want to get more mobility but the movements are performed in such way that it already considers you to have the mobility as you two have. If I was able to do deep squat I would not have to buy it... Not much beginner friendly :/
Excellent content, but you are not using the full power of a video. Pl give verbal cues, and instructions, Also, your instructions in white against a light background hardly be seen. Useful if you can give a transcript below the video. Thank you.
I am a big fan of mobility exercises, animal flow, that kind of stuff and strongly recommend this channel. It is awesome
Do you have some channel / bids to recommend for a full beginner?
why did you stop uploading videos? UA-cam allows you to post longer videos unlike Instagram and your videos are AWESOME
They really are!
They have a online program you can purchase.
Great comment I totally agree.
My Dog's, God's name is: Spinoza.
I now have to visit your Channel, I'm sure I'll feel just like home.

Wow this opens new perspectives for my trainings. Thank you Steph Rose.
I tried these basics after few hours of sitting before computer . I found it effective to get out of long sitting in a chair . Thanks
Coaches, thank you so much for these. I've been following and using the workouts on insta but this format was great.

I can actually kind of sort of do some parts of these movements. I have a lot of work to do! I got to start somewhere, though.

I can actually attempt these in the shallow end of our swimming pool using the steps to modify these steps.
Is one rep just one side? Or do you count one rep after you've done both sides?

The music is unnecessary, distracting. Pl see videos by Tom Merrick, Saturno, etc. Thanks
