Simply wash your shirt with other clothing as usual. Toss it in the dryer for 5 minutes with other clothing to prevent wrinkling. Take the shirt out while it's still damp and warm from the dryer. Stretch it gently then shake the shirt and hang to dry. Works like a charm.
This absolutely works. I bought a AMI Paris sweater from Poshmark. I wear a large (40-42) and the Poshmark description was the same, but when it arrived it fit like a SMEDium lol. I did this method, but the AMI Paris sweater is so well made the material isn’t very elastic even wet/ damp. So when it was 3/4 dry, I put the sweater on and did some extreme stretching … I crouched down and pulled the sweater over my knees and stretched the length .. did this for the back by wearing the sweater backwards. This elongated the length evenly. I then put my elbows in the chest area and spread my arms/ elbows apart and repeated around the obliques. Allowed it to air dry flat and there is so much room it’s even baggy.
Rinse the conditioner out with cool water. Put the wet shirt, sweatshirt, whatever item you like, on your body after soaking. Pull your arms inside the body of the shirt and press to sides, forward and back to stretch. Additionally, grab the outside of the shirt with your hands and pull outward around the body/torso and the bottom of the arms. For the arms put two arms into one sleeve and pull apart or, while still wearing the item, pull your left arm out of the left sleeve, so it's in the body of the shirt, reach cross and work your left hand down along your right arm inside the sleeve...repeat this action the other side. Don't forget to push outward at the shoulder seams as well. Do this in front of the mirror until you get to look you want. If the shirt can be stretched this method will definitely work. You can do the same thing with pants just think about putting your arms down inside the top of the wet pants and working down the legs. Then grab the outside seams of the pants and pulll to stretch further. Remember you are wearing the wet pants the entire time. Also slowly bend and stretch your body into more extreme positions, like squat and lunge, to stretch the the crotch another areas more thoroughly.

What type of conditioner did you use?
@@efiev2146 I used Axe Apollo 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner
@@primexample8912 thank you!!
Y’all it works I just did it now and it really works
glad it helped!
Does it go back to its original size after a wash?
@@pellehaglund1421 only if you put it in the dryer, just keep air drying it nd it should be fine
@@pellehaglund1421 no but don’t Machine dry let it air dry from now on and I suggest you pull it just a little bit more because when mine air dried I thought it was gonna be the same size when it was wet it was just a little bit smaller but other than that it 100% works
conditioner as in what u use with your hair?
Yesss LORD
Imma do this for mine and my son's clothes💕💕💕💕
Is this fabric softner you use or hair conditioner, does it matter or is one better than the other?
I'm really impressed by you taking thr effort as a guy to do this and sharing with us. You did great job
Will it ruin the fabric?
Does this work on any type of fabric?
I tried this the other day because I was stupid and put a hoodie in the dryer, which shrank it a lot. I used my Jason hair conditioner, and I dried the hoodie out on a laundry rack after I stretched it. It is definitely looser... The shoulders, chest and neck areas aren't snug anymore.
so will it work also on 100% cotton pads as well?
I used some casteel soap with some warm water, a towel, my fingers and it worked pretty well. They say that you can use baby soap too, so instead I used the casteel soap.
Is there a substitute for the conditioner?
I worked out a lot over the past year and my hoodie barely fits over my shoulders 🤦♂️ thanks for the help brotha
Does this work with 100% cotton hoodies? I’m scared to ruin mine 😭
What I do with 100% cotton sweatshirts, tee shirts, even other materials that are not cotton, I wash it, afterwards remove it from washing machine then gently stretch it out and let it air dry, this almost always works, but 100% polyester material will not stretch at all.
@@user-uh2dn9ks3k thanks for the reply!
@@xPrizoRx You’re welcome 😊
If the sweatshirt has that kind of picture on the front that has that rubbery feeling does the water and conditioner ruin that??
I so enjoyed and will for sure try. Thanks for excellent info.😍❤️
