Gotta give it up for his wife . A good woman will always keep you on track
I was thinking this the whole time
Or a good man if your into that kinda stuff
Pppp
nope cant work like that buddy@@Tonyis138
👏👏👏well said
His wife stood by his side! Major reason of his success
For a fake story, I guess
he is a fraud and all this was bullshit
@@DerekmilewskiI think it was supposed to be a inspirational movie about not giving up on your dreams, idk just came up with it by watching 😐
he was a good husband so she did!
Acha 😂😂😂
Kid: How was I born dad?
Me: Me and your mom went too far.
I really liked this recap and then I found out this whole movie is a lie. While he was a janitor who helped to develop a product and earned his way up, it wasn't Flamin Hot Cheetos. Frito Lay had to do their own investigation into it after a last week actually worked on developing them found out about this story.
@stevenrod100 Cheeto’s
C'mon man!!!!
Btw he didn’t even make hot cheatos it was this one women
@@MoreXxDotLynne was assigned to the task of making a better flavor she was not the originator but indeed someone who cemented the flavor we have today. Well 10 years ago. Cheetos aren’t the same
Even though this story is false, I love the storyline. Quite an exciting movie to watch! Enjoyed it.
Yeah, he goofed with the whole "CEO Enrico" bit. Enrico didn't join Frito Lay until 1991; well after Flamin Hots were out in test markets.
@@Shadi2 WAIT WHAT
NOOOOO IT IS REAL STORY
@@ijlala3799r u dumb?
@@ijlala3799it’s completely made up the guy is such a liar
Secret of his sucess:
His wife never left him even in desperate times…❤
True.
False.
@@jeixsdid u even know what he is saying??
He was a good husband so she stood by him
He was a good husband so she stood by him
Info, Richard Montanez created Flamin Hot Popcorn, not Flamin Hot Cheetos. Anyway, Lynn Greenfeld was the actual creator.
supposedly
Anyways shoutout us mexicans ❤
@@awkwardfreakinperson7936I suggest you actually do some research bud 😂
I get their was a creator of the spicy snacks but I doubt the one who thought it first didn’t use authentic Mexican spices. I think Richard and his wife were natural at it and created the spice. He introduced the spicy that is Mexican inspired.
14:49 the real Richard and Judy Montanez made cameo on the this film as extras receiving the marketed flamin cheetos..
Beautiful movie and beautiful recap. Thank you!
The support from his wife is very special ❤❤❤
It’s a woke movie. I’m suprised a bisexual is not in this.
@@kerosenefire8988 Why is it woke?
@@kerosenefire8988 answer me.
@@kerosenefire8988how is it woke? Please explain?
he was a good husband so he deserved a supportive wife
Judy never left his side. We know which women would not be so patient and loyal.....shhhhhhhh. They dont want factory workers....
i know a guy who loves flaming hot cheetos so much that he usually crush a bag of it and mix it with his own made fried rice.
Guyanese?
@justsayin2085 that doesn’t sound awful just not the whole bag jeez 😂
i met a coworker before who would always have a handful included in his lunch pack or crushed and spread into his sandwiches. he said the spicyness gives him a boost and keeps him from being sleepy for the rest of the shift. he was a pretty great guy, he doesnt smoke or drink and says root beer & cheetos are his only indulgement. as I also soon found out from our other coworkers that he was saving money to buy a house for him & his mom. last time I have seen him was before the Pandemic, an unforgettable guy.
A wife like Judy please!
Abosoltely awesome , learning and confidence is key, some times you have to tell a good lie to let people believe you so no one gets in trouble, if you know something cause someones always going to be offended
Thank you for sharing your story
Moral of the story Marry a Good wife
As someone who doesn’t like flaming hot Cheetos, this was a cool story
its a bullshit story based off a lie. Frito came up with it themselves dude wasn't even working there when they were market testing it.
It’s false tho, even the CEO never remembered any meetings like that
@@coffeelink943 Not all cool stories are true homie. There’s a lot cool false stories out there. It’s called fiction. There’s a whole section in the library dedicated to it. Would it have been cooler if it were true… yeah maybe but it still was a enjoyable movie.
@chiefgangmusic Cheeto’s

Too bad it's fake
😮@@Coach_Shiner
Fun Fact: Its based on the real Richard Montanez who is actually in 14:49 in glasses and the lady in white blouse is the wife, that's the real Richard Montanez.
woah thanks thats p cool
The real liar lol
Judy is such a good "Lays"
I need someone like Judy.
Pray with sincerity and be a worthy husband and may God grant your prayer.
I wish every hardworking man finds a Good wife like that 😊
Really good recap, liked it
Godbless for creating one of the goat deli snacks

I always love movies like this! It always encourages us that life can get better no what matter where you start or where you come from💪
it's a bullshit story based off a lie do some research. dude wasn't even working there when they started the test marketing.
Bro could have just started his own factory he even did the marketing himself
blessed is he who finds a good wife❤

I don’t care about if it was fake or not. But the storyline is just too good

Very inspirational ❤
Good movie 🍿 ❤
Lol...dude didn't save Frito Lay from bankruptcy. 30 year employee, never has been a risk of Frito Lay going into bankruptcy
great movie man, we don't get happy movies like this anymore
Amazing explanation , looks very emotional.
amazing wife at home, real friends, deleting pride aside. nothing stoping you
As a latina, I dont know what id do without hot cheetos. Them things are a way of life.

I'm black and I hate hot cheetos.
Oh and one of my friends is half Indian half Native American and she doesn't mind them.

You know you should thank the creator of Cheetos since it’s my favorite brand of snacks
15:55 That's the moment I cry of joy 😂❤
He and his wife experienced a bad time... And stood together to make times better
Such a great story❤ we never knew about it thank-you for sharing the story 😊❤ Cheetos is emotion to us
It isn't true ❤
Irregardless if this story is true or not, it is inspirational. Like a Latino version of the pursuit of happiness.
"irregardless"?
appreciate u buddy !!
loved this movie!
Man! Has anyone ever tried "Hot cheeto Sushi rolls"? 🤤THEY ARE AWESOME!🤩
I think he should have worked as a plumber bc his face looked like is a mee mario
Heartwarming movie, never give up on what you dream of
He sold burritos and....toilet paperss
Prone to bullying and prone to getting bullied are two different things.
World needs more couple like richard and judy❤
i dont like them but i dont think ive ever seen more hot cheetos than in highschool lol

Except It was Fake, Unfortunately
@SuhadiSadono99 of course its fake, its a Hollywood movie! But the inspiration it brings is as ever real as anything! One love!

When the king is low his queen have to stand up
“The relationship went too far she got pregnant“ 😂
A clever employee who comes up with a terrific idea is rarely recognised by the senior managers in corporation. Many who reach the highest wrungs get there because they are good administrators or accountants. If a creative from junior levels approach them with a good idea, they will steal it, they will sack the employee or will bury the idea because of jealousy.
If you are lucky enough to create the good idea, explore developing it outside the company. Do your own research, market it over the internet, start small, use your employers clients, then quit your job. Corporations are beasts so treat them like one.
Well you would be dissapointed to learn that this whole charade is a scam and a simple corporate lie.
@@stepankrabik3428 yes, you are probably 💯
The American dream is a lie. Corporations are there to make their investor rich and working people are just a cheap labour resource.
Me eating flamin’ hot Cheetos while watching this right now 😎
Like always , you never dissapoint us with your content
I work for frito lay as a Packaging Machine Operator this guys chip is made literally all over the plant.
From humble beginnings to fiery success.❤❤❤
Literally😂
Shoutout Rancho!
Inspiring.. and now im crying
Same
The way this dude said “elote” lmao
It's AI voice
Why the judge at 1:30 looked like Gregg Popovich? Lol
25 cents for a burrito is a winner
Fun fact he did not create the I mean hot Cheetos he was just a general who got a really popular and decided to take that even though someone else made it
The Los Angeles Times published an exposé in 2021 challenging Montañez’s claims, stating Flamin’ Hot Cheetos were developed at Frito-Lay's Texas headquarters.
Lynne Greenfeld, a junior employee, is credited with developing the product.
Frito-Lay acknowledged Montañez's contributions to Hispanic marketing but denied his involvement in creating Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
Inspired me,even I m broke now
Flaming Hot Cheetos is the best man
his a W mans for making cheetos
Judy is the real hero of this movie.
the fact that judy was acting as a side character in 14:48 is crazy
Fake origin Story😂 directed by corporate
True the real original story isn’t like this the guy never went to school
@@samuelpaz3218 the guy never mad The Cheetos look it up
@@samuelpaz3218Didn't the movie says he really didn't go to high school? 😂😂😂
Still a good story
Thats why he didnt signed the application form coz he didnt understand whats in it
To all the people who want to watch It: It's on disney+ And it's called Flaming hot
Just remember that even a low class mexican immigrant family could afford a home in the 80s. Now middle class families are struggling
man...that's a good sum up.
touching and sensationa
His wife is the perfect representation of ride or die
Sorry to disappoint, he's right. Thos guy had nothing to do with Flamin' Hot. He wasn't even part of the team that created this product. Looks like he started his story in the mid 2000s. Either way it's definitely just a story. A fake story. 😔
Finally someone that did their research. stories complete bullshit
Still was good movie
So was he not a janitor in the company who then was promoted to executive..
I'll take "Things that never happened" for 500
its almost exactly what happened, but there was no buisness meeting.
@@alphabrainwavesactually, almost none of it was true. The irl guy Richard Hernandez made up the entire story for popularity.
Yes the guy that this is being attributed to worked for Lays, yes he was a valued employee, but the flaming hot idea was something McCormiks sent to Lays and this whole thing is a feel good fake.
the guy remind me of my granpa specially the way he looks
so ur telling me that all it takes is a burito a day to find a amazing woman like that.
Lol thanks to this guy. Not a big fan of chips but when I order from Frito-Lay online, it’s either the Smartfood cheddar pop corn, Truffle Lays or Flaming Hot cheetos.
It's was not him who made flaming hot cheetos all story are made up and he never go to school
Bruh, do some research before commenting, Richard Montannez is the creator of the Flamin Hot brand
Judy never left his side ❤
Nice story
0:53 ah yes, good thing it ended after the 60's, after that everyone got their land back, everyone went back to their original continents of origin and everyone lived happily ever after.
This feel good❤
I wish I'll be the same as him. Making impossible possible
