Just curios, what is your start date, and which tyres and size have you settled on? A top tube bag and "Gerry Can" would help to carry food. Are 2 litres of water really necessary in Britain, you could lose the one at the back, move the front one down with the wolf tooth B-RAD system (get the 3 slot) this would create room for a frame bag. Things to consider, good luck again.
Hoping to start on the 19th May. I have a top tube bag and 2 feed bags as well. I also added a frame bag now with a bladder instead of the bottles so I can have a bit of extra room. Yeah 2 litres of water is probably a bit low to be honest for me personally I drink a lot and don’t like to worry about not having water. I am aiming to do about 80 miles a day and I easily go through 2 bottles in 80 miles in the current cooler weather. I have a vittoria mezcals on the front and a terravail sparwood on the back. I am considering sparwoods all round but concerned about the durability of them. I will do a video of my full set up in a few weeks and go through it all but I am just finalising it.
