Golden Prince Hotel 2024

Golden Prince Hotel and Suites is the only homegrown (Cebuano) hotel property that is a 4-Star accredited by the Department of Tourism, Philippines- a Family friendly environment. The property set in a prime location in the centre of Cebu. Local tourist attractions such as Ayala Center (Cebu), Cebu International Convention Center and Robinsons Plaza are not far from the hotel. Also within easy reach is SM City Cebu and Cebu Mactan Intl. Airport (CEB).
We stayed here for 14days. Great service from the staff, helpful and very friendly specially in the restaurant. During their breakfast they refill the food if it’s running out they take action on it as soon as possible but there’s a time takes time wait too but I understand they need to cook the food 🥰.
Need to change some of the other food in the breakfast buffet try something new everyday or in one week.
Thank you to the housekeeping staff for making our room always clean and for giving us the unlimited complimentary water especially Im pregnant with one 4years old kid we can’t go outside rightaway to buy water.
But Guys , they will serve ala carte food in their restaurant only in room service but they have buffet weekdays and weekends. And hope they will take action their wifi inside the room so laggy/loading and can’t even connect the internet. I called the F.O staff during our first stay, they take action on it but there’s nothing happen still loading. I only use my data load to have internet. But the WiFi downstairs especially in the restaurant is so fast naman. Hope the entire facility have strong speed of internet/wifi.
