I was especially interested in watching this tonight on 48 Hours because I live in Costa Rica. Never heard anything about this before. However, with the levels of corruption, bureaucracy, lack of common sense, and just plain stpudity that are a part of the culture here, I wasn't surprised by any of it. This ain't a paradise, folks, and not even close to being one!
Tru$t me snippy I hear ya! Hawaii is paradise yet it's rough with locals so most Haoles (mainlanders) leave NOT because of the expen$ive Aloha state instead it's "locals" that HATE us! My parents were born on Utila so I know exactly what you mean C. A. is CORRUPT & most of the time $$ would get like in this case Ann off the hook! I'm just still shocked so she moved away? It's on "48 Hours" so she's on a helicopter with the reporter telling her HOW MUCH she misses the Four Story House complete with granite but doesn't mentioned MISSING her HUSBAND? You think? Wow, a killer bride he found so RIP John Bender.

Он деньги растратил и подкупил людей что вламывались и угрожали в дом, митинговали против них, - чтобы довести хозяев до нервного срыва.
А так же судей подкупил, чтобы преследовали жену и дом к рукам прибрали.
Это управляющему выгодно.

Pour ma part je trouve ce couple megalo , de pauvres riches . lorsque on voit le parcours professionnel de cet homme ,je m'interroge sur les finalités de son projet : est ce que cette réserve n etait pas une coquille ? Maintenant elle coule des jours heureux aux États-Unis avec ses pierres precieuses. Je n ai pas trouvé beaucoup d articles sur cette histoires.

I've seen this many many times. I would absolutely love to live there surrounded by all that nature and wildlife! It would be heaven to me.
I can watch that a million times and it won't get old to me. It's just beautiful.

@@gardensofthegods yea. We met up in Raleigh at this Mexican place. She was fairly attractive/ skinny. We got cool and I would go to her apt and hang out some. Then one day she just disappeared.
She maintained her innocence. Talked about the house. She said something about some guy was looking for her

The place they built is very cool but it would have been nice to have some floors of that building actually have huge glass windows that could be locked sometimes for their safety .
I believe the guy actually was killed by an assassin I thought that the first time I saw this years ago .
He was probably hated because of his wealth and targeted .
There's probably more to the story that possibly even she doesn't know .

I believe it was a hit but that she had nothing to do with it .
I also believe that people suffering from depression should not have the color black all around them and that place had black floors everywhere , yuck .
