What a beautiful and rare car, came with extras including alternator and brake servo, Bosch horns, high-speed windscreen wipers , anodised wheel trims, engine and boot compartment light, reclining seats, rev counter, and five speed also improved suspension and not forgetting the wing mirrors and unique Steering Wheel Dash top compartment and 115bhp
To my knowledge only the early ones, year model 1957, had the "Amazon" badge on the front fenders. I think from 1958 they changed it to "Volvo 121", "Volvo 122S".
Allways that bloody music when the engine starts..I want to hear the sound of the engine, not music..I have music on my stereo at home and can put it on whenever I want..this is something that goes nearly everytime in motorprograms..I hate it.!As a motornerd I want to hear the sounds of the engines, not of the musicbox.!😡
Thanks for the comment. In the Maserati episode we made sure to turn the music off during parts of the ride! This time we didn't focus on the motor sound quite as much. (It's very hard to get good quality sound recordings of moving cars). But we will keep this in mind for the future!
Fabulous video,my father had exactly this car,vlc329g,brought brand new,I learnt to drive in the car, thank you for the review.❤❤

Brakeboster was for them with disc brake -65. Amazon had drums upp to 1964.
