You would make a good jet fighter pilot the way you scan so quick from the monitor to the bailer. You will have to have your father bail while you stand near the cutter to see what it does without getting killed by the pto.
I have the same baler, ever since we bought it we’ve had trouble with the net wrap pulling to the middle of the bale at the beginning of the wrap and not spreading back out by the end of the cycle. Any suggestions?
@@LoefflerFarms I have tried new Holland and a couple generic brands and hasn’t made a difference, I think may be the baffle on the duck bill is to right and not letting net spread out. Maybe I’ll try JD wrap before I start messing with things.
Ya make sure that shaft that spins to spread the net moves fairly freely, but other than that I'm pretty new to round balers I just got this one last year but I went all through it then
It works very well for me for the most part I have made about 500 bales with it so far this year and about 1000 last year and it has been a good baler for me so far
I have a 648. Twine only. Got it a few years ago. Put a lot of new parts on it. Amazed at how tight a roll it makes. Cows don't waste as much when they have to work to get some out.
Love all the cool camera angles. Nice work
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!

Show us why the netwrap doesn't work right.

Have you tried different brands of net wrap? I switched to john deere net wrap this year and I haven't had a problem since then

@@LoefflerFarms thanks for the response! Good luck the rest of the season!
How do you like your baler. We have a 648 and really like it
