    I prefer food that has some texture variation, so i prefer rough steamed eggs. Bu tto each their own 👍

    Can we use aluminium wrap or cling wrap instead of plate?

      Can, i used to use cling wrap, then many ppl scolded me saying I shouldn’t steam plastic. So ya, i then changed to plate. If using aluminium foil or cling wrap, do poke a few holes to allow the steam to escape.
