That is a great Mic! I just happened to use a Gauge ECM-47 in a session and I was blown away, it was an exact clone sound of the TF U-47!

there's a mix man I worked with at Nyquist, called Raz Klinghoffer, and he is very cheap and his mixes are truely awesome

An original is going to cost 20-30k and regardless of how great the mic is, it is nothing unless in the hands of a competent engineer. You can have all the greatest gear in the world, and everything still sounds like crap.
