RG7620 : (Guitare entièrement d'origine, aucune modification électronique!)

Je dois avouer que la RG7620 sonne particulièrement bien, avec une résonance incroyable et une réactivité impressionnante aux attaques de médiator. Sans parler du jeu au volume, que je n'ai pas illustré dans cette vidéo, mais qui est vraiment excellent.
Et pour la petite histoire, c'est la première "vraie" belle guitare que j'ai pu acheter à la fin des années 90, en la commandant à sa sortie dans un magasin de musique. Je l'ai attendue de longs mois avant de l'avoir, et c'est une guitare que j'affectionne particulièrement depuis.

Thanks a lot! I play on my HXStomp Line6. With the SOLO LEAD OD amp head and a 4x12 MARSHALL 1960 IR. A digital delay and a Hall type reverb.

They sound very similair. But do they also play the same comfortably speaking?
the two guitars are really similar, same vibrato, same junction between the neck and the body of the guitar, same Dimarzio pickups. personally I have a preference for the RG7620, I can't explain why but it has more Mojo!
@@WesGuitare The RG7620 sound better to me also. Did you change the pickups? Because according to Ibanez Wiki the RG7620 has Dimarzio RG-7 pickups and the Universe777 Dimarzio Blaze pickups.
@@chocolatecookie8571 These are the original pickups on the RG7620, they are DiMarzio, no doubt about that. In the catalog of the time (1998) it seems to me that they were Blaze... whatever it is, they really sound like the Balze 2 of the universe
@@WesGuitare I just checked several cataloges online from the year 1998. As usual on Ibanez Wiki there is double information. In one catalogue is says Dimarzio Blaze and in the other Dimarzio H. On the main info page of RG7620 it only says Dimarzio RG-7. That site can be confusing sometimes.

Did you swap stock New7 pickups in 7620 to Blaze?
no, these are the original pickups on the rg7620, that's why it sounds great, its replacement, the RG1527 was not equipped with dimarzio pickups!!!
@@WesGuitare 7620 was fitted with New7 or Custom7 as they were knows, not Blaze…..which was sprinting error in the brochure of that period.
@@chrisholman2289 Regardless, these are the original pickups and frankly they sound as good as the Dimarzios from the Universe...
