Trials of Mana is the only game I’ve ever Platinumed on account of how easy it was combined with the game being so fun I didn’t mind playing it 3 times
The make or break for me is whether those Elemental Vessel outfits can be equipped cosmetically, or if you're forced to change out of them when switching to other classes and such.
Thank you for making this video Gen! You might remember me as David Maddux on Twitch (watched you play some of FFXII), and I’ve enjoyed seeing your various videos. I’m going to try this game out actually. Keep up the good work!
It has been quite a long time since I have been excited for any games but this looks like its going to fit that JRPG itch I have been trying to get rid of. Looks like KH style battles with class changes!
I really hope it's a good game, specially the story and voice acting. I'm about 17-18 hours in trials of mana and the story and voice acting is complete ass. The combat was okay, but until the third class is where it got better. Even then, I felt like I didn't progress in terms of character progression like other games, felt like I stayed doing the same basic attacks for 15 hours. I only keep playing to finish it just to say I finished it.
This page deserves way more views and follows! Love your kind, enthusiastic energy. If I could give one small bit of constructive feedback (I know you didn’t ask but) maybe consider upgrading your background? It’s a bit underwhelming tbh. A bit of green screen could really make it pop. Anyway keep up the good work!
Appreciate it! And yes I totally agree haha, recording in the dinning room has never made for a good background, will take it on board and see what I can do in the future!
This is looking like Trials of Mana, but on steroids and with budget. That game is very fun, but the story is as retro as its inspiration - that is, quite simplistic, archetypal, and with little reason to be emotionally invested. That its one plot instead of 6 characters should benefit this game, but I worry that it will be painfully simple which will very clearly standout compared to the rest of the game. Combat/party etc seems fun, though I think I prefer Trials system of having unique job classes that specialize each character, and the elements providing their own secondary types of bonuses but being available in every job compared to just having a base class that becomes each element. I hope that each character's version of each element (so like Palamena + Water versus Julie in Water) is very distinct at least.
They finally Xbox players get to play these games not just stuck on Playstation I'm going to pre-order right now I'm so happy I love these kinds of games when I used to have PlayStation 1 and Playstation 2 so I'm excited that me as an Xbox player get to play these games now
as a Mana veteran, I can say you unlock those whenever you find/recruit each elemental spirit. However in Trials, you only change jobs when reaching certain level and using the "Stone Job" located in certain areas. You can change to whatever outfit you want as long you have unlocked them.
Visions of Mana looks INCREDIBLE! What do you think?
Thanks for watch and don't forget to hit that like button!

I still need to play Trials!
Loved trials of mana. Hopefully this one is as good
@@GenesisVII you must play the remake!
@@GenesisVII warning ! You won't be able to put down the controller !
What a beautiful looking game. I can't wait for this!
The game looks gorgeous, honestly can't wait till 29 August 😍
I can't wait for this game, one of my most looked forward games from square in a long time.

I am hoping it will be like Trials Remake outfit system: You are able to change and choose the outfits you have unlocked so far. Which is awesome.
Omg Elazul costume for Morley and Pain the Universe battle theme? Deluxe version is indispensable.

So the 200$ collectors edition doesn't come with the dlc costumes or music pack or that sword.
wow

@@GenesisVII seriously love everything else about the channel, especially the new Bartz animation:)

I like the game but the mana series just seems too easy for me I wish it could be a little bit more difficult.
Is Lammy the same robot as in Trails of Cold Steel lol? xD

But I'm still NOT SURE how you will learn the job class skills/spells in game AT all.

And if they say Xbox players don't buy games well that's a lie because I'm going to pre-order this game right now
It is so beautiful. ^_^
I hope the story is better than Ni no Kuni...
We can choose our starting character, right? We don’t have to start as Val? Like how Trials of Mana is?
I don’t think so
This musis is ff14 loll
