Deep emotion, performed with restrained power, generous love and sympathetic togetherness. A piece of music I return to regularly. Thanks to all involved!
Great. The power of this reactive piece of fists-clenched fury. bare, bleak and roiling.... until we're left only with what could be... after the end. Thank you,Taylor, and Casey and all. worked on all cylinders.
Titanic rock playing, angry, powerful but no banging. Is this in Ab? I can play in this key, but it's not a first -choice for my comparably limited technique. But I'm not TE. There's not rhythm section here, but TE establishes a rock-solid pulse: it's grounded like the base of a mountain. Really nice ensemble work: this piece gets my blood going, my eyes clearer, my spirit energized. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!
@@TayjazzProductions Oh my GODDDDDDDDDDDDD Please tell me you all recorded that. Damn these 3,000 miles that separate us tonight! This tune is absolutely amazing . Had me moving in my seat and jamming along from the start!
In what crazy parallel world are Becca Stevens and Gretchen Parlato backing singers? This is beautiful. I have only just discovered Taylor Eigsti after hearing Skylark on UA-cam music, which blew me away. The instrumentation is brilliant, and I love the intensity. Keys work superb. Bass recording is very crunchy indeed. Think I came to Eigsti through listening to a lot of Gretchen. Skylark is in my top five in the real book, Eigsti’s re-imagined version I heard was enough to turn me synaesthesic! Now I wish you artists could get yourselves to London Jazz Fest soon!
I'm an Eigsti as well and have know about you for a long time! Always loved your work 😅 been wondering if you'd be interested in coming to meet some other Eigsti's in KCMO. Jazz originated here so might as well eh?
@@TayjazzProductions awesome!! I work in Hospitality so I can get you some pretty sweet deals in your travels. Idk how to contact you privately but if you're interested in getting to know me you can find me on FB, my name's Micah. I look forward to hearing from you!😊
thanks so much! The new album is available online everywhere at this point (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, iTunes, etc.), and physical CDs and Vinyl will be made available soon as well. And we'll be playing live in NYC for a free release show on Sept 23 at Le Poisson Rouge - can't wait

Please create more music together 💙 this has become one of my favorite songs I've ever heard
Fun fact: the paper Casey is looking at isn't the lyrics, it just says "Slay"
Looking to see you all at Ronnie Scotts!
A Stunningly beautiful song and performance. Thank you.
Love this piece! I'm playing it to my high school homeroom class tomorrow morning. So proud of Taylor et. al.! Menlo proud!
Temon💥
Such a beautiful subtle ending - really well done all of you
thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it! - Taylor

The surfeit of vocalists plus Maya Kronfeld on Nord keys....I only got a 580 Verbal on SATs years ago I mean "surfeit" in the nicest possible way....
and not to be confused with Frente "Accidentally Kelly Street" nor Counting Crows "Accidentally In Love"
T: Looks like 2020 paved the way for some great new music! Congrats on the new album. Always listening from afar in CA. -Johnna
Lovely music Taylor, Casey is a fantastic singer. You should come to Ireland to play a gig!

Supergroup. So much talent here. I love it. Where is the venue? Wish I had known. Would have loved to be in the room.
