    Wow... Great information and tips! Projects that I have done I have done first time and on my own. I have been curious and anxious to see what you had planned for the carriage house, thanks for sharing guys! PS... I am planning on buying a huge old mansion in September and I will be taking all of your advice!

    Although the current owners took a different approach, could the Carriage House build be financed from a construction to perm loan? Or is that too complicated for the NY builders who don’t work without prepayment. After watching the fun clip I’m puzzled how the owners pulled any equity out of an empty shell. Thanks
