9:29 Idk why they do this but maybe a cleansing oil would be fine enough!? And to anybody who is looking for an affordable cleansing oil, I would recommend the Graymelin canola crazy one, it's heavy but easy to wash off for me, even though I had low water pressure in my house. But if you are allergic to fragrance and limonene, and do not like mineral oil, then go for the Rohto hada labo HA cleansing oil, it's easier to emulsify than the graymelin canola oil and super easy to find if you live in south east asia.
