- You deliver a cargo container for an individual known as The Relaxer.
If you are new to "ASMR" and/or my channel, welcome aboard and thanks for dropping by! The majority of videos I create, often in an unorthodox manner, are meant to help you relax, sleep, hopefully experience ASMR, and any other use that might help you find some peace of mind, concentrate, study, decompress, etc.
What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's just a non-scientific, made-up term that a layperson came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasant tingling sensation felt in various parts of the body (head, scalp, back, legs, etc.) in response to various visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles". However, the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming, comforting and soothing experience for people beyond ASMR purposes. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy these videos.
I experienced ASMR all throughout my life but no longer do as of a couple years ago. However, I still enjoy creating these videos for anyone else that still experiences it or is just looking to relax, sleep, study, etc.

Sam, an order was just added to the terminal. This one is unique, you'll have to deliver a set of items to 'Sleep-Deepman'. A conesiour of relaxation, he plans on utilizing these items for the purposes of 'ASMR' an old world technique of calming one's self and others. The UCA is in a time of stress, Sam, we need him connected to the network if we plan on rebuilding America.

That’s because unlike a lot of other asmr UA-camrs, he does not make himself the main character, he is fine with being an NPC.

I _knew_ Rift would be all over Death Stranding once I figured out what it was.
I want to imagine Sam is just stuck in this hour long cutscene and he’s just standing there with that neutral look on his face.
Us the player not wanting to skip because if we do we will miss that good world building.

Haven't played Death Stranding, so I don't know if this is from the game or Rift's idea, but either way the idea of using timefall to age alcoholic drinks is brilliant.
it's from the game, they use timefall to grow weat very fast to make food and beer

@@samsherrington7423 i think that its just because people are used to games catering to low attention spans - short periods of exposition, followed by action action action for the next hour or so - i like death stranding because imo its more a "great journey" game than an action game (imo its sorta supposed to be watched like a movie rather than played in a traditional way) - it is to most videogames what the LoTR books are to LoTR: shadow of mordor

I got an ad for Emma's (WhispersRed) new ASMR book before this video and am completely taken aback. I wonder if ER and Emma have ever communicated. they both seem so genuinely focused on helped people via ASMR but are so different.
I played through first few hours of DS, and whatever people say about the game as a 'walking sim', there is not a single person who didn't shit themselves at the first BT section at the incinerator after your mom died. Every single time you're in the time rain and that little claw on your back starts clacking when you enter BT territory, its genuinely fucking terrifying. Rest of the gameplay could be completely shit, I wouldn't care, the fear instilled in you by being hunted by INVISIBLE monsters that can hear your literal breath and will rush you if they catch you, is amazing gameplay. Mix that with very limited breath holding, being unable to sprint because they can hear you, and the stress of watching your cargo degrade in the rain, it's great and scary at the same time.
