+American Beard Oil Alliance I agree besides his idol/friend Layne Staley... before his OD death. You can go back to an old Staind record anf find a song called "Layne" that he made after Layne Staley from Alice in Chains death. I love Arron but no one could sing a tortured soul song like Layne. Aaron is the only person to ever cover "Nutshell" and make me happy that someone ever TRIED to touch that song. Layne would of been happy. I absolutely love Aarom by himself just doing whatever he wants. He is a very very truly talented musician in multipl

+Jessica Dunn best advice jess i can give is take the first step and admit you are an addict then get help. its the toughest door to open IMO....there is the long battle the rest of your life, its not easy but i was fortunate to move and change people, places and things to start over, without that id be dead or in jail. thats me... i have a cousin that had same addiction, living in same area and 10yrs clean. everyone has their own path, its just very tough to start... you need to believe in yourself again, which you can, EVERYONE can!! i was also fortunate to have great family, friends, faith n music. there is also a song by "sad brad smith" called "help yourself" to me one of or the most powerful song that touch me on my addiction....... good luck Jessica and never stop believing in yourself, take that first step to open up that door you see n feel your old self....but them damn demons wont and will hold you back, you can beat them!!!

It's a different mentality in other countries. They are there to appreciate the artist and the performance. Here in 'merica people go to concerts to get drunk and sing or talk the whole time. There is actually a video around somewhere of Aaron getting pissed at the crowd for not shutting the hell up while he's singing his soul out

There’s always two moments for someone listening to this song. When they enjoy it cause the quality of the song, and when you listen to it again later in life and truly feel this song.

I would play this song around 1am at uofs library when I was doing my undergraduate degree. I can recall scrolling through my Facebook and her picture would randomly pop up. I would then proceed to have a smoke and play until her image faded.

Chris Vicious 209 I know all too well what you're going through. People say addiction is addiction but an opiate addiction is like having a demon latched on to you with claws embedded all the way into your soul. It really is different....

Tara Santistevan seriously is one of the worst things a person can go through. its he'll on your body, mind, and spirit. I spent ten of the best years of my life wasted and buy my dealers new cars while I was ripping my family apart. I am one of the only ones left in the group instarted with thats still alive. most died by either overdosing or suicide. I finally got my Shit together when my daughter was born. I realized I wasted so much time and became someone I hated. I almost never said an honest thing. I have so much to do for all the hearts and bridges I've burnt. once you get out of that deep fog of addiction you realize what is really important and that family. they are the only ones that stick by your side. I never even got a letter or anything from all my so called using friends when I was in rehab, jail, or prison. I broke down when I saw how much of a toll I took out on my family. I'm never going down that road again. I never want my daughter to ever see what I once was. I know it's easy to fall back into addiction however you have to constantly be aware of who you are and what brings you down. if you get to content chances are it's only time before the storm hits. prayers go out to all those struggling don't wait to hit bottom ask for help lower your pride it's to easy to be known as the f up. it takes a bigger person to do the rite thing and make something out of yourself.

Savage Tilley Don't know how old you are man but seriously, work out a date to kick for good, start cutting down slow up to that date and then stock up on whatever you need to get through that first 10 days. Valium, sleeping pills, hit the docs for something to help with the pain in the legs etc, try anything and everything that works. Otherwise you'll just dive downhill fast and your life will vanish, i know it helps at times but I swear man, that will soon pass and you'll just be taking it to stay alive. Goodluck
