    This move is all about timing, the drill can cause you to pull towards the bar, IF you don't pay attention to your momentum as you swing, there's a point in your swing called the sweet spot, and if you can release at that sweet spot, you should be fine. The key though, is to NOT TUCK until AFTER you've let go of the bar, if you feel tension on your fingers pulling you back to the bar, you've held on too long.

    i like how you can take a relatively easy move and make a tutorial as long as your harder tricks:) you give some great tips and you really break it down really well. you were made to teach freerunning:)

    is the start small drill thing going to cause a bad habbit of pulling in on a flyaway? i dont want to be too close to the bar.
    Please reply, thanks for your help!

  • @PYates77

    My biggest problem with this move was that I was pulling my feet all the way through, between my hands, spotting the ground, and THEN letting go. The one MAJOR step in this move is pulling yourself up and letting go just BEFORE your feet go past your hands and letting the momentum carry you around. Once you can do that, you basically have the move.

    @JohnyhoPK I'm not trying to start a fight, but if he did it ALL WRONG he wouldn't be able to land it,
    It's all movement, and there is no right or wrong way to move (unless you break yourself).

    @Epic1 OK you are right when you say that, i like the fact there is someone who really interest obout other people, do tutorials and thing like that, but in the same time i think you are not good in this move and till time when you really understand this move on 100% thats not good do some tutorial. But thats always sad there are nobody from other people who find time to do it better. I really like some of yours moves and tuts but this isnt one of them.

    all wrong, you dont bring your feet to the bar, as your swinging outward flip, you dont bring your feet to the bar,,

  • @SchizophrenicBeats
    @SchizophrenicBeats 10 років тому +1

    I dont think those progressions help very much. They just teach you to get very close to the bar with your feet. The only point in swinging gainers is to let the bar go early enough and tuck. Thats all. In this progression you tend to use your arms what is absolutly wrong when trying a swinging gainer.

  • @evan331212
    @evan331212 13 років тому

    its a more advanced move to stay close to the bar...big swings are more recommended

  • @blytzace
    @blytzace 12 років тому

    im hasan and i love you :) no gay, guys a tip that may help is as u let go before ur peak height, look back at the bar ur swinging off, for some it works like myself and for others it could also through them back behind the bar or clip there feet, dont be scared to try it out... its really fun, u get a much faster rotation from doing so and u can also get height if u use it correctly

  • @gogaPK

    @Epic1 I just want to say this is not good example and you should learn it better berofe you let some tutorial. I know you want to help, but this tutorial can have even worst impact upon next teaching. I know you maybe train longer time and you know about move much more then I know ( I train only 5 years), but this is not the reason why you should clip every move what you know, like tutorial.
