    @Epic1 I'm happy as hell, I skipped about 2 years of self progression with the help of your tutorials. Your vids are extremely helpful no matter what anyone says, and seein a slight imperfection is great for self esteem too because it's good to see even a pro may have a minor slip up. Thatnks greatly for all your vids Epic

    slow mos were perfect shows how all the body parts are supposed to react with a vault, especially the dash which many people have trouble getting down. Great vid!

    @Epic1 i understand that but, it could get a little confusing to people to see you mess up and wonder if it was proper technique or not, but i do love your views of parkour in your videos, your much like Danny in your movements and philosophy.

    @JSLSampaio when you speed vault, you land with the same leg you jump, so doing that switch in a controlled manner will act as a run up and will add/mantain more speed when you land, it also keeps your center of gravity lower so it becomes more efficient... it will only work if the technique is good tho, if you're just kicking to pose with it, it won't work :O :D

    I have just started free running and I have to say I am slightly afraid to try most moves, but I am a fast runner and I have strong, powerful legs, so my question is- is there any moves that I would be good at?
    You have very useful tutorials by the way!

  • @kaaajeee
    @kaaajeee 13 років тому

    i am right footed and that means i kick with it. so i jump of my left leg mostly. right is for swinging. i notice u epic do most of stuff opposite way. i believe its better to find out naturaly that to decide which one is dominant.

    Also, this may seem weird to ask. But I was wondering how busy your schedule is. I'll be going to college and I'll be getting a job. And I'm wondering how well you fit parkour training in with all these other things?

    I train this outside. At the public pool there are 20/30 rails, normally to park your bike at... people look strange when I move all bikes aside and do my flow training xD

    I wasn't saying this is a problem.. but it's like being anosmic (yap, that IS a problem I have but..) - When someone comes to you asking you if he smells good, you stuck with that question.
    When someone wants me to do something, or teach me (I'm the kind of people who just like to learn sports XD) and he asks what is my primary foot - I JUST DONT KNOW..
    And eventually it's the right foot, but everything (but tick-tack, which I'm working on) is not foot-blematic or proble-footick

  • @Dinoenthusiastguy
    @Dinoenthusiastguy 11 років тому

    This all makes sense, but I'm a little confused how a precision ties into this. Won't taking off and landing on two feet disrupt your flow?

    • @gabrieldasilva6540
      @gabrieldasilva6540 7 років тому

      You only want to take off and land two feet precisions when you're taking a big gap, or when you're jumping downwards
