He was definitely on narcotics on greys anatomy which cause depression . I’m guessing benzodiazepines and oxycodone. Those 2 cause severe depression and weight loss . Smart that he finally got on antidepressants. Hopefully Citalopram. I spotted his addiction as I watched him play his role on greys anatomy
